The Space:

This charming 3-bedroom/2.5-bathroom home offers a spacious and comfortable retreat with thoughtful amenities throughout. The fully equipped kitchen features a convenient breakfast bar and flows seamlessly into the dining area and living room. The living room also includes a full-size Murphy bed, providing additional sleeping accommodations, and offers access to a welcoming sitting porch.



The primary suite features a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the third bedroom offers two full-size beds, making this home ideal for families and groups. Guests will also enjoy a second full bathroom and a convenient half bath.



Additional amenities include a full-size laundry room with a washer and dryer, a screened-in porch with a gas grill for outdoor dining, and a front porch perfect for relaxing. Upstairs balconies provide additional space to unwind while taking in views of the beautiful neighborhood.

Getting Around:

Beach Tram! A Ride to the Tide! The beach tram runs daily, seven days a week, throughout Emerald Shores, picking up passengers at three designated tram stops and dropping them off at the southernmost point- Beach drop-off. Guests gain access to all Emerald Shores amenities with armbands that can be purchased for $35.00 at the Emerald Shores Pavilion at the beach entrance.



As the summer season ends... Emerald Shores Beach Bar will be open 10:30 AM- 2 PM Saturdays and Sundays (Now closed on weekdays)
