Welcome to Paradise Palms,
A tropical villa built in an upscale neighbourhood, this luxury home brings the Islands to you with swaying palm trees, classic Florida architecture, and white sand beaches just a short walk away. Enjoy "island-hopping" as you explore the lushly landscaped grounds, or find a lounger and soak up the sun.
You will be surrounded by unique touches the moment you step through the doors of this charming home. Paradise Palms features an arcade machine, kitchens on the first and second levels, a 30-amp outlet for electric cars, imported stone, and an expansive backyard. Renew your senses in the 27ft x 12ft private pool surrounded by mature palm trees and lush tropical foliage. There's plenty of space and seating on the side to get a little extra shade. The spa area of the heated pool** will melt your stress away. Paradise Palms’ backyard creates the perfect backdrop for the destination wedding of your dreams or a family experience the kids and adults will cherish forever!
Paradise Palms is located in the Frangista Beach neighborhood and is within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and the beach. We have arranged a complimentary beach chair* set up for you from Spring till early Fall. The beach access is located at the Hollywood Street Beach Entrance. You can also go to Pompano Joe’s, just a couple blocks away, for public facilities, including bathrooms, a tiki bar, and a full-service restaurant.

The parking pad can hold up to six standard vehicles. Additional parking is available at public lots in Destin.

All TVs in the home are smart TVs with all the standard apps using high-speed internet at over 300 Mbps. Cable TV is not available here, but the apps will provide you with thousands of hours of content. Bring your password for Netflix, Disney, HBO, etc.
*Daily Beach setup of 2 beach chairs with umbrella setup is included and runs from March 1 - October 31.
**The pool heater can be turned on for an additional daily fee and must be requested at least three days before arrival. The pool can only be heated from October - May since water temperatures are already very high the rest of the year.

Check Out – 10 AM (Central)
Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.
We do accept some small dogs with advanced written approval. Please inquire about our pet policy and fees when booking.
This is a non-smoking house, and smoking at the property is strictly prohibited.
Spa Quality amenities include high thread count hypoallergenic linens and towels. A starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions is provided to get you through the first day.
AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.
Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for a late checkout because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation. Thank you for understanding!
Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs. $350 flat pet fee to be collected post-booking. Dogs must be well trained and less than 50 lbs. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s). Please note without prior knowledge to LoveRentals, there will be an additional non-refundable charge, so be sure to advise us BEFORE you travel.
This property is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of your stay.
