The unit was recently renovated and offers new granite kitchen countertops, new bathroom vanities and toilets, shower doors, new tile throughout, new paint throughout, new stove and dishwasher, new furniture, and a whole new atmosphere. The microwave and refrigerator are only one year old. It offers gated parking right outside your door. The ground floor location makes it easy to walk your pet. This unit is within a few steps to one of the two pools and the beautiful white sandy beach. The beach is across Scenic Gulf 98. Pedestrians have the right of way. We are the second ground floor unit in Building 1 which is immediately to the right of Building 2 (the building that faces the gulf).

The unit is fully furnished with all kitchen dishes, glasses, and utensils. The refrigerator has an icemaker. There is a microwave oven conveniently located above the stove, a dishwasher, and a garbage disposal. We provide a choice of a regular automatic coffee maker or Keurig. Additional small appliances include a toaster, can opener and blender.

All linens are provided. There is a full-sized washer and a full-sized dryer located inside the unit.

Wall mounted TVs are located in both large bedrooms and a high definition Smart TV is located in the living room. Netflix and other apps are available for your movie or favorite TV show binges. Each TV is connected to cable where you can check out the weather, news, sports or favorite shows. Free wireless internet is available.

Both large bedrooms have king-sized beds. The master has blackout curtains so you can sleep late if desired. The 3rd bedroom has a full-sized bed that sleeps 2 with a wall-mounted TV. The living room has a new sleeper sofa with a queen mattress.

All pets must be approved first. We accept a maximum of two dogs and no dog over 30 pounds. No cats or other animals allowed.

Maravilla is a gated community that sits on 33.7 acres with it's own private 2.5 acre white sandy beach. Your rental includes 4 complimentary beach chairs and 2 umbrellas that are set up for you every day from mid-March to the end of October. Volleyball nets are available. A kayak rental service is available. The complex offers a gulf front pool with ample sunbathing areas. A second pool is located at the rear of the property adjacent to the clubhouse. This pool is heated seasonally and includes a hot tub. BBQ grills are located by both pools. The clubhouse has a full kitchen with a big screen TV. It has a dressing area and a fitness area. Bike rentals and ice machines are available.

Other amenities include: gated community, 2 tennis/pickleball courts, shuffleboard, basketball goals, pleasant walking and jogging areas, and large, generously lit interior parking with security during high season.

Maravilla is convenient to all major attractions; Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons Mall, Bass Pro Shops, nine championship golf courses, charter fishing, jet skiing, pontoon boat rentals, parasailing, Big Kahuna Water Park, and The Track, a family amusement center. There is a short walk to 3 very popular restaurants; Pompano Joe's, Captain Dave's, and Kenny D's. You can also walk to Dairy Queen for your afternoon ice cream and Bad Ass coffee for your morning wake-up!
