Welcome to Sandy Toes, your perfect Sandestin® getaway. Ideal for families or groups traveling together! This flexible lock-off vacation rental can be reserved as a two-bedroom suite, a one-bedroom condo, or a studio, allowing you to choose the space that best fits you.

When booked as a two-bedroom suite, the property comfortably accommodates larger groups with a king bed in the primary bedroom, two queen beds in the studio suite, and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

One-Bedroom Option (Sleeps 4)
The one-bedroom suite (Room 344) features a spacious layout with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Guests will enjoy a comfortable living room with a sleeper sofa, a dining area, and a full kitchen for preparing meals. Step outside onto the large private balcony to relax and take in the resort atmosphere.

Studio Option (Sleeps 4)
The studio lock-off offers two queen beds and a convenient kitchenette equipped with a Keurig coffee maker. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination makes it perfect for couples, small families, or additional guests traveling with a larger group.

No matter how you book: Enjoy access to the beautiful resort pool deck designed as a tropical oasis, along with a fitness center, outdoor grills, a cozy outdoor fireplace, and convenient parking. Guests also have access to the resort tram service, making trips to the beach quick and easy. Perfectly situated between Destin and the scenic communities along Florida Scenic Highway 30A, you’ll also have easy access to popular Emerald Coast destinations such as Seaside and Grayton Beach. Additional nearby attractions include golf courses, tennis and pickleball courts, outlet shopping, marinas, water activities, spas, dining, and family entertainment. Be sure to visit The Big Chill for live music, food, and fun for all ages.

Your stay also includes access to the Family Fun Package, which provides one complimentary ticket per day to several exciting local experiences including a dolphin cruise, parasailing, entry to Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park, the Baytowne Adventure Zone, and a Cruisin’ Tiki Crab Island cruise.One ticket is provided for each activity per day, not per person. Activities cannot be saved or combined and are subject to availability and partner participation. The Family Fun Package does not apply to stays longer than 28 nights.
