Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes II is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool (the one seen from the balcony, near the lake) is typically heated October - April.

The sleeping arrangements for max 6 people:

* Master Bedroom: Memory Foam King Bed

* Hallway: Twin over Twin Bunk Bed with memory foam mattresses

* Living Room: Queen Sofa Sleeper with gel foam mattress

The living area offers a comfortable queen sofa sleeper with gel foam mattress, beautifully coordinated coastal furnishings, and a large Samsung 65in smart screen TV. Two comfy teal armchairs can be moved around as you select the perfect setting and a slide laptop table is also available for your work from home days.

The fully equipped kitchen has beautiful cabinetry, brand-new stainless-steel appliances, granite counter tops, and all the housewares and appliances you will need for meal preparation.

The master bedroom features a King size bed, with a memory foam mattress, designer bedding and a Samsung 55in smart screen TV.

The one and a half “Jack n Jill” style bathroom is accessible from the hall as well as the master bedroom and offers 2 hairdryers for your convenience.

The bunk beds are built into the hallway and feature two full length twin beds with cozy mattresses and bedding.

Please read the House Rules before booking. We will send the check in info, directions and house manual 5 days prior to your arrival. If you would like all these info earlier, please let us know and we would be happy to send them to you.

The Seascape Golf, Beach and Tennis Resort is nestled between Destin and 30A. Seascape offers over 2000 feet of full-service beach front featuring beach services, water sports and beach activities.
