We had a terrific time! Loved the property. Perfect for a couple or small family. Had everything we needed for a great week. Short walk to private beach access (about 3 minutes or so.)Beach service included was a definite plus for us. It was very clean and well maintained. Bed and furniture were very comfortable. Location was great for getting around the busy area too. Also, the bath and a half was very convenient for us. Would definitely stay there again.

We had an amazing stay here! Tonya was a wonderful host with excellent communication from start to finish. She went above and beyond by providing recommendations for Fourth of July fireworks, local attractions, and restaurants, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The condo was spotless with great starter supplies. The included beach chairs were a fantastic bonus! We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Tonya, for helping make our vacation so memorable!

Absolutely perfect! Tonya was an amazing host and her home was immaculate and far exceeded our expectations! Just a few minute walk to private beach! Close to shopping and some of the best restaurants within the Destin area! We highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Tonya was excellent to deal with and was always prompt with responding to text messages or picking up the phone. We had an issue with the lock code, but Tonya resolved it quickly and smoothly. We enjoyed our stay and hope to continue renting this unit annually.

Very clean unit! Tonya has thought of everything, down to having a soap/shampoo holder in the shower (I brought my own due to past experience, but didn’t need it), it’s the little details. Location is perfect with a convenient walk to the beach, pickleball courts, and swimming pool. Having the 2 chairs and umbrella setup at the beach took the stress off of me for the inevitable question of “where are we going to sit”. 100% recommend this unit and Tonya, we hope to stay here again in the future.

The condo was absolutely perfect for my family of 3. It was close to the beach and super close to the pool, spacious and beautifully decorated. Tonya was such a great host! She was very communicative and thoughtful! I especially loved how the kitchen had practically everything you could need.

This is the perfect beach getaway! Super clean! Bed was very comfortable and beach setup was awesome! We enjoyed walking to Pompano Joes for dinner and being on the ground made loading/unloading a breeze. We will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your beautiful Serenity By The Sea!

Tonya is the most welcoming and accommodating host we have ever met. Her condo is extremely well appointed, clean and well stocked. She thought of everything. We felt like it was our home away from home during our six week stay.

This condo was clean and well-appointed. I greatly appreciated the amount of starter supplies provided by the host. It was .2 miles from the beachfront, which was an easy walk! The beach area is private and gated, so it was not crowded at all! Tanya was quickly responsive to any questions I had. We enjoyed our stay at Maravilla hosted by Tanya!

Our stay at this Miramar Beach condo was absolutely fantastic! The first thing we noticed when we walked in was how immaculately clean everything was. It was truly spotless, not a speck of dust anywhere. It’s clear the owner takes great pride in maintaining the property, and that made us feel so comfortable right away.The location is perfect and made getting to the beach and around Miramar Beach incredibly easy. Being on the ground floor was such a bonus for our family. The patio opens right up to a grassy area, and our kids had the best time playing outside there. It was so nice being able to sit and relax while they played safely just a few steps away.Another huge convenience was the beach chair and umbrella setup. Not having to worry about bringing or setting up chairs made our beach days so much easier and more enjoyable.What really made the experience stand out though was the owner. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great stay. It’s rare to come across someone so thoughtful and accommodating.This was truly one of the best vacation stays we’ve had, and I honestly don’t have enough good things to say about it. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

1000/10 would stay at the condo again & rent from Tonya! She is an angel—so kind, & u can tell she takes pride in her condo & making guests feel at home. The location is GREAT, close to the beach, & came with beach chair/umbrella rentals, a huge plus! The condo was clean & stocked with everything u could need: cleaning supplies, dishes, cooking essentials, trash bags, dish soap, scrub brush, hand soap, toilet paper for the stay, laundry detergent, etc. I’ve never stayed at a condo that provided all of these supplies. Check-in was a breeze! When I told her we were flying in very late & asked her to let me know when the condo would be available Saturday, she immediately responded, “I’ll have it ready by this evening.” Due to a flight delay, we didn’t arrive until 1:30 AM Saturday. With young kids, being able to get into the condo early so they could get a good night’s sleep instead of sleeping a few hours at my gparents house made the world of difference. We were so grateful, & she didn’t charge us for the extra time—a very kind gesture that shows exactly what kind of person she is. The only things I wish the condo had were a broom/dustpan & heavier blankets. I’m anemic & always cold, but not a huge deal. I’m sure if I’d asked, the host would have gladly helped. I could go on & on, but u should book & find out for yourself! Thank u for a wonderful stay at your beautiful condo & for being so kind!
