Wake up to the most amazing gulf-front views Destin has to offer! Majestic Sun Penthouse 1203A at Seascape is located on the East end of Destin in the fabulous community of Miramar Beach, directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. At over 2200 square feet, our condo comfortably sleeps 10 guests on beds and is 50% larger than most 3-bedroom condos. You’ll feel pampered from the minute you walk through the double-door entrance and see the sparkling emerald waters!

UPDATES: Our unit has new smart TVs in the living room (86”) and each of the 3 bedrooms. The living room couches and end tables are brand new! And new plush carpet has been added in each bedroom. Updated appliances include the dishwasher, French door refrigerator, and microwave!

BALCONY: Watch spectacular sunrises with coffee, and stunning sunsets with wine, from the 40-ft balcony! The 12th-floor vantage point also allows you to observe the ocean life throughout the day, including dolphins, devil rays (friendly!), schools of fish, etc., without the angle of light that obstructs the view from lower units. Enjoy the bistro sets and Adirondack chairs with ottomans to relax in style!

BEACH: Take a walk on Destin’s silky sand beaches, build sandcastles, and watch people and dolphins! Our condo offers beach chairs to carry down, or you can reserve chairs and umbrellas through the onsite beach service.

DINING IN: Our fully-stocked kitchen provides everything you might need for meals and for entertaining in the condo, including a stand-alone ice maker, wine fridge, brand-new French door refrigerator, and pots, pans, and kitchen tools that will satisfy almost any cook! We recommend Shrimper’s Seafood Market on Hwy 98!

DINING OUT: For nights you don’t want to prepare a meal, fantastic Destin dining is just outside your door! Enjoy 3 onsite dining options, including the Royal Palm Grille (Surfside building next door), Cabana Café (Ariel Dunes I building), and the Whale’s Tail tiki bar (just across the street – directly on the beach)! Need more options? There are roughly 30 more restaurants within a 5-minute car ride from our building. We love Pompano Joe’s, Emeril’s, Captain Dave’s, and so many more!

SWIMMING: Enjoy a dip in one of two pools – one indoor/outdoor (heated seasonally) and the other outside, basking in the warm Florida sun! The outdoor pool deck also boasts two luxurious hot tubs.

GOLF + TENNIS: Seascape Resort offers a tennis center and an 18-hole golf course, complete with practice putting greens, a full driving range, a pro shop, and a short-order bar and grill! In the surrounding area, you’ll find additional golf courses, such as Kelly Plantation, Emerald Bay, Regatta Bay, and Sandestin courses, including The Raven, The Links, Burnt Pine, and Baytowne – all of which are within a ten-minute drive!

FITNESS: Work out in the gym located on the ground level of Majestic Sun, enjoy a stroll through the Seascape Resort property, or follow the walk along Scenic Gulf Drive!

FUN + GAMES: This condo is our family’s beach haven, and we want you to feel at home! That includes a collection of great card and board games, as well as updated TVs in every room, including a new 86” SMART TV in the living room! We want you to enjoy our condo, rain or shine, and come back year after year!

SHOPPING: Miramar Beach boasts some of the nation’s best shopping at the Silver Sands Premium outlet mall – just a 3-minute drive – and Grand Boulevard at Sandestin – just 10 minutes by car!

*Three complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

*Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies. No pets allowed.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
