The kitchen offers crisp white cabinetry, full-size appliances, and everything needed for meal preparation. The master bedroom has a cozy cottage inspired theme to make you feel at home and includes a 24” TV, a DVD player, carpeted floor, and a private bathroom. The bunk beds have comfortable covers for the kids and a top rail for safety. The dining table seats four and there are two bar stools to eat at the bar. Please note: Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Please be advised that the Majestic Sun HOA will be performing building-wide exterior maintenance on Buildings A and B from September 2026 through April 2027.

The project will begin with balcony repairs running from September through December 2026. During this initial phase, balconies will be completely blocked depending on the specific building stack the construction crew is currently renovating. Balconies will be inaccessible, outdoor furniture will be stored inside the units for safety, and the resort pool will close periodically during overhead work. Following this, walkway updates will take place from January through April 2027, requiring units to be completely blocked off on a floor-by-floor basis as the crew progresses through the building. If you plan to visit or have an upcoming stay scheduled, please reach out to your Property Manager as soon as possible to see if your specific unit is affected by the construction schedule.
