✹In early 2022, the property received some new furniture, new mattresses, new paint, and new Smart TVs!
✹Dedicated Parking Space in the "Owner's Garage" under the building - very convenient!
✹The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops - FULLY STOCKED with "more than the basics" so you and your group can prepare delicious meals while overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
✹The living room has a Queen sleeper sofa, plenty of seating, beachy decor, a large 55" Smart TV with cable and streaming access, and, best of all, those HUGE Gulf views!
✹The attached balcony space offers room for dining and relaxing while you soak in the sights and sounds of the Emerald Coast.
✹Adjacent to the living room, the Primary bedroom is bright and beachy with a king bed with a new award-winning Helix mattress and adjustable base (2024), smart TV, large closet, and bathroom with dual vanity and a brand new walk in shower
✹Down the hall, there is a washer and dryer with plenty of laundry supplies for your stay.
✹The guest bedroom has bunk beds with a Queen below and a Twin XL on top, SMART TV, private closet, and private bathroom.

Majestic Sun is part of the sprawling, Seascape Beach Resort with tons of pools, an 18 hole golf course, tennis/pickleball facility, basketball court, and 2000' of beach front – there is so much to do at Seascape! Majestic Sun is located in Miramar Beach, which features wide sidewalks for walking and biking while enjoying sights and sounds of the Gulf plus easy access to all the dining and excitement that Miramar Beach and Destin has to offer!

MANY restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away including:

✹ NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced by local authorities and subject to fines.
✹ BOOKING GUEST MUST BE 25+ AND PRESENT DURING THE WHOLE STAY - In the event of a disturbance, property security or local police will be called.
✹ CANCELLATION POLICY: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued unless travel insurance has been purchased. In the event of a cancellation, the 4% Credit Card Processing Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
>PLEASE NOTE: In the event you need to cancel inside of the cancellation window, please just let me know, and I will do my best to work with you. I am often able to rebook the dates and provide a refund.
