Regardez les enfants nager depuis votre balcon de 469 pieds carrĂ©s sur cette unitĂ© au 1er Ă©tage avec un dĂ©cor New York SOHO qui est Ă  quelques pas de l'une des trois piscines. Ne vous embĂȘtez pas Ă  attendre dans un ascenseur, entrez directement dans votre logement. Le 2Ăšme plus grand balcon de ce bĂątiment de 24 Ă©tages dispose d'une grande table en verre pouvant accueillir 6 personnes avec un canapĂ©, 2 chaises, 2 poufs et une table basse. Entrez par les portes coulissantes en verre de 8 pieds du balcon dans les plafonds de 9 pieds du salon / salle Ă  manger (13'8 'x 25'11') d'un cĂŽtĂ© ou de la chambre principale (12 'x 14'3') du autre.


La cuisine s'ouvre sur le salon / salle à manger et comprend des comptoirs en granit, du carrelage, un bar à petit-déjeuner, un four micro-ondes intégré, un réfrigérateur avec machine à glaçons et un lave-vaisselle. Tous les appareils sont en acier inoxydable. La deuxiÚme chambre (11'6 'x 10'3') est séparée de la chambre principale par sa propre salle de bain avec la salle de bain principale. La chambre avec lits superposés est à l'avant et est un refuge parfait. La chambre principale et la deuxiÚme ont un téléviseur / DVD. La chambre avec lits superposés dispose d'un lecteur DVD. Il y a de la moquette dans toutes les chambres.

Si vous ressentez le besoin de faire de l'exercice, Ă  seulement 2 portes plus loin se trouve le centre de fitness sur place qui dispose de diverses machines cardio, de poids libres et d'une salle de sport multi-stations. Il y a aussi un hammam et un sauna.


Ariel Dunes est situĂ© dans le Seascape Resort avec accĂšs Ă  plus de 2000 pieds de sable blanc poudreux, des eaux vert Ă©meraude, un championnat de golf 18 trous grossier, huit courts de tennis et plus encore. Juste Ă  l'est, vous trouverez le plus grand Designer Outlet Center et juste Ă  l'ouest, le fabuleux Destin Commons Mall. Vous ĂȘtes Ă  quelques minutes des restaurants raffinĂ©s ou dĂ©contractĂ©s et des boutiques Ă©lĂ©gantes et Ă  seulement 5 minutes Ă  pied de la plage. DĂźnez au Cabana CafĂ© qui est sur place.

This was an amazing vacation rental. The first floor was perfect and the resort had everything we could ask for. The location was great and the house was fully stocked with all the necessities. Debra was an excellent host and quick to respond to all questions. Check-in and check-out was seamless.

Enjoyed the rain

Even though it rained everyday on our vacation, the patio was amazing. Enjoyed our outside time and then enjoyed games on the patio. Great Condo , will rent again!!! It was great!!

2nd Year Even Better

Second year renting the same condo. Felt like we were coming home. Location and amenities were great. Water exercise every morning and long walks on the beach to our favorite happy hours. Perfect for us.

Comfortable place to stay while on vaca. Ground floor with parking near the front door. Pool view and quick walk to the beach. This place needs a cosmetic face lift. The kitchen cupboard paint is peeling off badly. Some are taped to try to hold the paint on. No knobs so when you open, the jagged paint jabs your fingers. The outside patio cushions need to be replaced. The furniture inside is very nice. Beds are comfortable. The unit comes with beach chairs, an umbrella and a wagon to haul your items down to the beach. That was great!

Great place to stay

If you don’t want to stay in the busiest part of Destin, this location at Miramar Beach is wonderful. Seascape Ariel Dunes is a short walk to the beach, good sized pools right outside the door, and plenty of parking. Lots of close by amenities like grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Property owners were very attentive and were easy available when we needed anything. Highly recommend this location.

Great location

The property was clean and cozy. We had everything we needed for cooking and a nice place to unwind after our daily activities. Beach chairs were provided. Short 5 to 8 min walk to beach, Or quick drive and easy beach access. First floor right next to the pool. Close to Winn Dixie and between 16 to 20 min from harbor walk and Baytown village. One of the bed room blinds wouldn't go all the way down and didn't have curtains. So it was bright while sleeping and I had to hang up towels for privacy. In addition, they had cable but was unsure if streaming could be connected. But overall was a great stay! Would recommend.

Exactly what we needed.

We decided to escape from the winter blues and spend a month in Destin. The condo was exactly what the pictures showed. It was clean and the location was perfect. I attended morning water exercise class and met several really nice women who gave me lots of information about restaurants, grocery stores, biking trails, etc. The staff at Ariel Dunes II were so kind and helpful. Our stay was so nice that we have already reserved it for next year. Thanks for a great time.

Convenient Location

Being on the ground floor and beside the pool was very nice with the children. The dining table and chairs were very uncomfortable but there is a large table on the patio that worked well. The couch and chairs on the patio need new cushions. We did have a problem with having no sheets for the sofa bed for the first night. I contacted Debra and she had housekeeping bring some the next day. Housekeeping didn't get them there until we were getting children ready for bed. Overall, the condo worked well for us. If you want a less crowded beach, there are two state parks close. Also snorkeling at the Destin jetties is just a short drive.

Loved being in the first floor! The super huge covered deck was amazing! The unit could use some new carpet but has had some updates. Tip for future guests: bring toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels. The unit did not have any extra. The location was close to so many fun things to do! Great stay!

Everything you could want for a great beach vacation

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our first VRBO vacation booking in Destin. The beach was a very short walk away with beach toys and chairs being provided, the condo itself was clean and perfect for our family and lastly the condo having 3 pools and a gym just steps away made it the perfect stay for a great price. I can’t say enough good things about the hosts, Debra was exceptional with communication and answering any questions before and during our stay. This place and the hosts easily get 5 stars from us, thank you again for making our vacation great!

Great location

Had a lovely time. Only negative is that kiitchen cabinet doors need to be replaced due to vinyl coating peeling off of them. Owners are very easy to reach when necessary. First floor is a big bonus.

The property was perfect for our family of 5. Easy walk to the beach. Beach chairs and toys were provided. Plenty of places to eat close by. And being on the first floor made it super easy to come and go; didn’t have to mess with an elevator. The master bed was super comfortable. I would stay here again

Nice property for price. Large patio for family was a plus. Property a little run down but, great for family with kids. Maids could have done a better job of cleaning for cleaning fee they charge. I don’t think owner visits the property much.

Check in was simple, place was clean and so comfortable. The location to the pool was awesome and the patio was so amazing. I wish the condo would have been closer to the beach but the walk wasn’t bad at all. The washing machine was a little loud and didn’t work that well but that wasn’t something that would dampen all the good stuff.

Perfect Girls Trip Location

This property was perfect for our yearly getaway. The condo was exactly as pictured and had all amenities as listed. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, the beds were comfortable and the close proximity to restaurants and the beach made our stay amazing. The patio was perfect for enjoying the amazing weather. We loved the restaurant on site (Cabana Cafe) and ate there twice! We had a bit of trouble with the dryer but Debra was quick to respond and send someone out to look at it. Wonderful stay all the way around.

Spacious and comfortable

Amazing condo!! This condo was bigger than we thought looking at the pictures. We had 6 in our family and we were all so comfortable in the condo and on the furniture. The beds were comfortable. The spaciousness was great as we had some rain during our stay. The hosts had everything stocked (except toilet paper and garbage bags- which one would expect to bring). They even had beach chairs and beach toys for kids. The place was so clean and the decor was not chintzy or cheaply made. The first floor location was amazing! We were so close to parking, pool, walkway to beach, fitness center and the restaurant in building 1. The walk to the beach is just a few minutes and we’d go several times a day. The hosts were so responsive. I spoke with Debra and she’s just the sweetest person! We arrived an hour early, thinking Miramar Beach was EST and she got us in. Someone reviewed that there were problems with the cabinets. Yes they are in need of being redone, but you can’t tell by looking at them nor did our stay change because of them. The only thing we noticed was the dryer wasn’t working the best, but the hosts said they would have someone look at it. We would definitely check with these hosts on their availability first when we come back. We were very pleased! I’d definitely recommend this condo for families or any other group.
