    ***Bikes are not something we offer, they belong to the owner of the property for personal use. Please check out the bike rentals near the property***



    ***Do not use white towels for make up or beach/pool. We provide makeup black towels and beach towels. We charge $20 per towel that gets permanently stained or lost.***



    ***Make sure we have the do not smoke or vape inside the house or patio. If there is cigarette smell upon check out we will have to rent an ozone machine to remediate and guests will be charged $1000. Same thing with freeing or cooking fish in the house.***



    ***No glass around pool. If there is an accident and glass breaks in the pool, it will have to be drained and refill, which we be charged to the guest.***



    ***Hot tub jets will be functional but heater will be off due to the hot summer weather. You need to request for the heater to be turned on so we can let the pool tech come in to turn it on.***



    ***For Bookings paid out of platform and processed by credit cards, refunds will not include the credit card processing fee***



    ***Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog / Know Your Guest. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.***

Family Beach Trip

Would recommend but could improve on the following: - Wifi (It was extremely slow) - Property manager communication (There was a situation with various non-secure door handles. The handle that was completely off was on the door leading out to the pool and resulted in a guest cutting their hand.)

Check in was ok, easy and quick. my host tried his best by letting us check in one hr earlier than it was planed which was great. We had some hiccup when we first arrived there. The freezer would not open, so we had to call the host, he set up a guy to come fix it and couldn’t fix it so we end up not being able to put any thing in the freezer, we couldn’t buy any ice cream or freezer anything during our 3day stay which was so unfortunate and kids were sad bc they had to finish all the ice cream and we couldn’t buy more for them. Also, when we got there, one of the toilet up stairs was plug with poop, the guy also fix that and that was fix. The games up stair, was okay, the pool table was kind of the cheaper version, they also didn’t have caulk to caulk the pool sticks, which then the guys didn’t end up using bc they couldn’t play like normal. Most of the rooms had TV, which we didn’t use the TV. Also one of the room on the second floor, floor had shelves on the wall, and when my sister woke up to use the bathroom, her thigh bump into it and mad a big bruise and that was kind of annoying, so she was afraid of using the bathroom bc going that way she was mostly likely going to bump into those wall shelves. Again, most of the plates, cups and silverware, seems unused, bc we got there and started taking them out, they were dusty as heck. So I ended up washing everything again. The sauna, I paied 100 extra for the turn on mode, but then realize the temp was broken. Overall it’sok
