Welcome to "Shore Thing," your luxurious retreat just steps away from the sugary white sand beaches and turquoise waters of Destin/Miramar Beach. This stunning beach house, accommodating up to 14 guests, offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience for a memorable vacation.

**Important Information - Please Read**

- Max Occupancy: 14 guests
- Parking: 3 standard size vehicles
- Minimum Age to Book: 25 years old (No exceptions)
- Check-in & Check-out: Check-in at 4:30 PM CDT and Check-out at 9:00 AM CDT.
- Incidentals Hold: $1,000. The hold is released on the day of checkout.
- Mail & Package Delivery: Mail forwarding is in place. Do not ship packages to the home. We cannot guarantee delivery.
- Rental Agreement: Must be signed prior to arrival
- Private Pool: Heated seasonally (October - April)
- Amenity Starter Pack: Includes hotel style soaps for each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 6 rolls of toilet paper, 4 trash bags, 1 kitchen sponge, dish towels, and a laundry pod pack. This is designed to get you through your first night only. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies.
- Kitchen Appliances: Standard appliances & traditional drip coffee maker
- Grill: Natural gas grill available
- Bikes can be rented from a third party company for an additional fee.
- Golf Cart: 6-passenger golf cart included

Balcony: Large private balcony with natural gas grill and plenty of outdoor seating

Third Floor:
Master Bedroom: King-size bed with en-suite bathroom featuring a jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower
Guest Suite: Two double beds with en-suite bathroom
Bunk Nook: 2 bunks (1 twin and 1 full bed)
Additional Bathroom: Half bathroom in the hallway

Restrictions

Beach Chairs and Umbrellas: Rent or bring your own
Pool Heating: Available from October - April for an additional fee.
Pets: Not allowed
Monthly Rental Discounts: Not available
Minimum Renter Age: 25 years - No exceptions
Smoking: Prohibited in the home, on balconies, around the pool area, in walkways, and common areas
Food/Drinks: Not allowed in bedrooms
Rental Agreement: Must be signed; failure to do so could result in cancellation with no refund
Beach Regulations: No tents or canopies allowed
Parking Restrictions: No RVs, trailers, watercraft, or large vans; no overflow parking available

Good Neighbor Policy

This is a family-oriented neighborhood, not a party home. Vulgar language, excessively loud music, large parties, and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited. Complaints of excessive noise, disturbances, parties, HOA rule violations, or law enforcement involvement will result in eviction and forfeiture of all deposits.
