Starting with the view, the spacious private balcony of this one bedroom, one bathroom condo overlooks Baytowne Wharf’s Events Plaza giving you a private bird’s eye view of the outdoor concerts and fireworks that make Observation Point North one of the most enthralling places to stay. An outdoor dining table makes it easy to kick back with a light meal or drinks as you take in the sunset and the action down below.

The balcony is accessible from the condo’s spacious main living area via wall-to-wall window doors. There’s plenty of seating allowing you to enjoy the natural light spilling into the warm sand-colored space. The sofa, which pulls out into a queen bed, and two chairs are perfect for a gathering. Meanwhile, the dining table, which seats six, and the kitchen counter bar has saddle barstools for three.

The full kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and a coffee maker, perfect for fueling your entire crowd. A nearby closet with a modern stackable washer and dryer unit provides all of the comforts of home.

The master bedroom is just off the living area. The beach-cottage style room has a king bed, a large wooden dresser, and a flat screen TV. The condo’s bathroom has a double vanity, a private walk-in shower, and a soaker tub. It’s perfect for refreshing after a day on the Emerald Coast or at the resort pool.
