Unit 5140 is a vacation dream, featuring two floors of comfort and class. This unit sleeps 7, perfect for family getaways and gatherings of friends.

On the first floor, you’ll walk into a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and comforting neutral tones. Prepare a stellar family meal and eat together in the dining area while enjoying the floor to ceiling windows and view of the private patio. Just off the kitchen, this secluded outdoor space is one of many, offering the perfect spot for morning coffee. Next to the kitchen, you’ll find a spacious living area, with ample seating, flat screen TV, and access to your second outdoor oasis. This beautiful fenced patio offers more outdoor seating with views of the lake. Head out through your private gate and onto the lush grass, a great spot for family games and group gatherings.

Great condo in a resort that has it all

This is a very nice condo with a golf cart in the San Destin resort. The resort has it all and there is really no need to leave the facility for your vacation. Our family would definitely stay there again.

Caution: Active Reconstruction In Progress

The property booked on VRBO was not as advertised. Instead, the property was undergoing major reconstruction, an entire roof replacement! It amazes me that such extensive reconstruction, which undoubtedly required months of advanced planning including permitting and contracting, somehow slipped pass the knowledge of owners, leasing agencies, and VRBO. God forbid if parties were fully aware but failed to disclose it to us. As active construction zones typically go, hazardous construction debris covered front and rear patios, and rusty nails and power cords littered sidewalk and front entrance. No one in our party was injured as we entered the property, and thankfully the construction crew immediately informed us that they would be hammering the roof the entire week. Although our arrival day was extremely stressful, My Vacation Haven representatives relocated us to a suitable unit in a different neighborhood where we were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation.

Enjoyed our stay

Clean and comfortable condo. We had a little trouble finding a parking place throughout our stay since there is only one spot per unit and golf carts were in those spaces. Also a map of the grounds would have been very helpful as it was our first time in the area. Overall we enjoyed our stay and found the condo provided everything we needed.

Great Vacation

The property was clean and had everything we needed. The golf cart helped us move around the property, and there was a lot to see. The beach was crowded, so we spent a lot of time at the nearby pool. We enjoyed our stay.

End of Summer

We always try to go to Destin the week after Labor Day. We enjoyed staying at the condo. Very clean and has nice updated decor and amenities. Walk in shower in one bathroom and a separate shower and tub in one bathroom. Everything we needed for a great stay.

Needs upgrading & current online pictures! Great location, very unkept patio and entrance, no grill

After 22 years at the Crescent, we decided to try this area for the grands to have more open space. Online it looked great, but pictures were not current & very much misrepresented. We had no use of the table due to ripped and soiled chairs. Surely this had to be noticed! I don't think the laminate has seen a mop, as the mop I purchased was black as I cleaned the floor. Dishwasher does not get hot enough to clean properly & dissolve the pod. Tile grout in upstairs bath is black with age. Front entrance & patio are both overgrown disasters resulting in absolutely no patio view. Brick is black with mold. No grill, only a very worn table & 2 chairs which all need to be discarded. It was disgusting & a disappointment as we did look forward to using the patio. Thankfully we traveled with our daughter & son in law and enjoyed grilling & their beautiful patio & view. Can be a cute unit, but does need upgrading. All is never perfect in a case as this, but this was very disappointing and disturbing as to the credibility of presentation of appearance. Only CURRENT pictures should be used!! Old pictures should never be used as this is very much false presentation..........

Great condi

The condo itself was great! It was nicely decorated, roomy, clean, & comfortable. Also, we loved having a golf cart for use. The Sandestin resort was kept up nicely & we loved the wharf area. The beach, however, was a HUGE let down & does not match the family atmosphere of the area. I know this is beyond the property owner’s control, but I thought I would let future renters know since we were in shock. The small strip of beach that we were able to use was BEYOND crowded & there were so many sections designated only for other resorts in the Sandestin community. They had security guards kicking people out of sections even though it was completely empty. It was frustrating just to find a place for my family of 4 to comfortably sit & safely watch my daughter while she played in the sand and ocean. Not to mention, it had a Spring Break gone wild feel with obstacle course floats in the water & 6-7 umbrella chairs deep of people. It was the opposite of beach relaxation.

We had a great time! There was an issue with the code, but it was handled quickly by the property manager who made sure everything was up to par. The property was very clean.The golf cart was a life saver! The community was helpful and friendly. We'll be back!!

Wonderful Location

This condo is perfectly located. Having a golf cart makes scooting around easy and convenient. We had a few issues with shower handle in the guest bathroom, but management was very timely in responding and correcting the issue. We will definitely be back.
