Majestic Sun is undergoing a scheduled exterior restoration project. Work affecting this condo is currently anticipated approximately September 22 through October 21, 2026. A separate 10th-floor walkway restoration phase is currently anticipated approximately January 19 through February 9, 2027. These dates are approximate and may shift due to weather, construction progress, or changes to the contractor's schedule.

During affected dates, balcony access may be temporarily unavailable, and guests may experience construction noise, dust, workers, equipment, or other temporary impacts around the building. Scheduled construction hours are generally 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Rates during the affected construction period have been significantly discounted to reflect the potential impact. Guests booking during these dates acknowledge the ongoing restoration project and understand that additional refunds or compensation will not be provided for disclosed construction-related noise, balcony restrictions, or schedule changes.

We will continue updating this information as revised schedules are provided by the association.

This is one of the easiest parking setups along Scenic Gulf Drive.

• General resort parking: One complimentary pass for general resort parking areas, available first come, first served
• Two parking passes total
• No additional passes are available
• Trailers, oversized vehicles, and RVs are not permitted

Beach Access and Beach Days
The beach is just across Scenic Gulf Drive, approximately 50 yards from Majestic Sun.
Guests have access to approximately 2,000 feet of private, deeded white-sand shoreline within Seascape Resort.

Required Booking and Stay Policies
Minimum Age Requirement
Primary guest must be 25 years or older and remain on site for the duration of the stay. Valid ID may be required. Reservations made under false pretenses may be canceled without refund.
Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on site unless otherwise approved. Exceeding occupancy limits may result in fines or removal without refund.

Rental Agreement Required
A signed Coastline Collections rental agreement is required after booking. Arrival details and access instructions are released only after completion.

No Parties or Events
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in eviction without refund.

No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the condo, on the balcony, or in designated smoke-free areas. Violations may result in cleaning charges and additional fees.

Quiet Hours
Walton County quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Community Rules
Guests must comply with all applicable HOA and community rules.

Security Devices
Tampering with safety or security equipment is prohibited and may result in charges.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations are governed by the Vrbo cancellation policy associated with the reservation.

Seasonal Extended Stays
From November through February, select Coastline homes may offer seasonal extended stays for reservations of 30 nights or longer, when available.

Extended Stay Cleaning Fees
Stays of 30 to 59 nights incur a $150 additional cleaning fee.
Stays of 60 nights or longer incur a $275 additional cleaning fee.
These required fees are applied after booking for qualifying reservations made on or after July 25, 2025.

Pet Policy
This property does not allow pets. Unauthorized or undisclosed animals may result in termination of the stay and additional cleaning charges.
A minimum cleaning charge equal to the standard cleaning fee may apply for animal-related damage, odors, or excessive cleaning.
This policy does not apply to ADA-recognized service animals.

Smoking Damage and Extra Cleaning
A minimum charge equal to the standard cleaning fee may apply for smoking, vaping, damage, or excessive cleaning.
Additional charges may be assessed based on vendor invoices, remediation requirements, repair costs, or replacement costs.

Damages, Liability, and Security
As a condition of rental, Coastline Collections reserves the right to recover uncovered guest- or invitee-caused losses and damages to the property, including excessive cleaning, eviction costs, service calls, fines, assessments, repairs, or replacements, plus applicable taxes.
Additional amounts may be assessed when necessary for remediation, repair, or replacement.

Shipping and Deliveries
Coastline Collections does not have access to residential mailboxes. If receiving packages during your stay, please arrange delivery to an appropriate carrier pickup location.

Items left behind after checkout are not guaranteed to be found or returned.

Safety and Security
