Welcome to the Edgewater, the French Riviera-inspired condo #302, providing amazing Gulf front views from the living room, kitchen, and primary bedroom, with a large, expansive balcony that accommodates eight. The spacious condo comfortably sleeps seven with the king bed in the primary, a queen bed, and a twin bed in the second, and a pullout in the guest area. All beds have new mattresses. Each bedroom has a separate doorway for private en suite access. A brand-new queen sofa sleeper and couch in the living room is perfect for families or a couple with kids.

Step into the coastal style living room featuring new tile flooring throughout the unit, no carpet – no mildew smell. The open layout flows out into your private balcony. Relax on the outdoor furniture or sofas. Enjoy comfortable seating while watching the 75-inch smart TV and Blu-ray player. The brand-new dining room table seats 7 to 8 comfortably, and a large kitchen island seats 4 with plenty of room for meals, games, and quality gathering time.

Remodeled kitchen has all new appliances, offering updated cabinetry with under-cabinet lighting, salad, quartz counters, and a fully stocked kitchen so you can cook as much or as little as you like. You also find thoughtful touches like a Keurig and a regular coffee maker for your desired coffee needs.

The primary bedroom features a TV and a full double vanity in the bathroom with under-cabinet lighting. The guest bedroom features a queen and twin beds and a bathroom updated with new cabinetry, flooring, and tile. The bathroom lighting allows for cabinet lighting to see in the middle of the night. Ceiling fans in the living room and two bedrooms help keep everything cool with the AC. To make your stay more memorable, the condo has been stocked with beach-friendly extras such as beach chairs, noodles, sand, toys, and beach towels, plus in-unit washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and a safe for valuables.

The Edgewater property offers a fitness center, two large pools, hot tub, and a snack bar to open during peak seasons and summer.
