Condo was located in a quiet neighborhood just a couple of blocks away from the beach. Area is nice and friendly. Condo was comfortable and accommodating. We would definitely recommended staying if you are looking to enjoy all Destin has to offer, but also have a space to relax and unwind. My kids loved the property pool as well.

Perfect!!

This condo was amazing! It did have a washer and dryer, which was an added bonus that wasn’t listed. The kitchen light was unfortunately burned out, so we had to use a lamp for lighting but it wasn’t a huge deal. We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I had a good time staying in the beautiful condo. Everything was newly renovated and clean. The great thing was the location, it's literally 5 mins away from the beach. Long story short I would definitely recommend.

Mirimar Beach Florida

We had a wonderful stay here at this condo. It was just as the pictures described. Everything was clean and perfect for our arrival. Nice full kitchen with everything you need to make meals. Beds were very comfortable and linens were nice and fresh. Easy walk to the ocean which we did everyday. The pool was clean and comfortable and we loved relaxing by that in the afternoons Management was very communicative with any questions or concerns we had. Overall just a perfect stay. Loved t!! We would definitely stay again!

We stayed here for the Bootleggers Bonfire weekend at the Topeka venue. Unit was clean and comfy. Pool looked nice but we didn't use it. Unit provided dishes and pans along with washer and dryer.

Okay for the Stay

The property is in a lovely location and the amenities were as listed. We have stayed at these condos before so we knew what to expect. What we did not expect was the mess when we arrived. There was trash in all the trash cans and bugs flying around, dirty linens on all beds, dirty dishes, sand everywhere and clothing from a previous guest. We contacted the host upon arrival and never heard back. Because the host never responded, my family promptly got to cleaning and when a cleaning lady showed up 2 hours later we already had the place cleaned up and linens washing. It would have been nice to receive a response from the host at least letting us know that someone was coming to the condo to clean. We will definitely be staying in Crystal Village again but not with this host.

Great place in a great location

We enjoyed our stay at this property that is conveniently located within 2 blocks of the beach, which was easy to walk. In addition, there are 2 community pools to choose from if someone didn't want to walk that far. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit was clean, had all the essentials and located in a good neighborhood where we felt safe day and night. We'd go back again if in the area.

Family Getaway

Good location with easy walking to boardwalk and beach. Kids enjoyed the pool, even if a little chilly. We enjoyed having a a washer and dryer, which made packing light very easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Good location. Very dirty.

Place was as advertised. Short 10 minute walk to the beach - great location. Perfect quiet getaway. Good for adults. Condo was extremely dirty. If you walked without socks on your feet would get black - even from kitchen to bedroom. All dishes were dirty and black and needed to be washed before used. You will need to bring your own trash bags (not enough provided), beach towels and beach chairs. We had AC trouble & communication with host was not adequate. We got there to an 80+ degree condo in Florida summer. Overall good stay, but amenities and service could be upgraded.

Perfect Getaway

This condo is super cute and very close to the beach. It was perfect for my kiddos and I. The kitchen literally had anything you could possibly need. Beds were comfortable , plenty of towels etc. I definitely consider this a steal and would stay here again next visit.

Everything was as advertised, place was nice, and appeared clean. However, one thing that was a little disconcerting was that the floors were filthy. They looked clean at first glance, but our socks and feet would turn black after walking around the apartment. Kind of grossed us out a little. But all and all, it was a nice place. I would recommend this property.

A Week at the Beach

Overall, our stay at the “Beautiful Getaway” was pretty great. Quiet community of condos. Communication with Shaun was prompt when needed. The unit, which appeared recently updated/renovated, was clean and cozy upon arrival. The location could not have been better - with Miramar beach access one block away; suitable for walking or driving to the nearby public lot. The unit was stocked with all the cooking supply needs - pots, pans, cooking sheets, crockpot, traditional coffee maker and K-cup, waffle maker and so much more. There wasn’t anything the unit didn’t have that we needed - except a couple AAA batteries for a remote. All made for a great family vacation with two toddlers. Very few cons - - No stopper for the tub drains (fixed with a $2 kitchen sink disposal stopper) - Master bath shower head could be updated, but not a big deal. - Unit could use a hard surface floor vacuum for sand cleanup after a day at the beach. There’s an order vacuum provided, but a broom/dustpan did a better job. Tips - - Miramar beach is CROWDED. Pack your car and head to Henderson Beach State Park (10 min drive). $5 summer entry, but loads of room to spread out. - Make a stop at Bruster’s Real Ice Cream. You won’t be disappointed. - Get take out from Pascalli Kitchen! Delicious!
