Seawinds 1 sits directly on the sand in the heart of The Beaches of South Walton, with your own private beach access leading from the beach-level deck straight onto pristine white quartz sand. The beach area out front is designated private for this home, so you have room to spread out, and daily beach chair service is included with your stay. Two chairs and an umbrella, set up and waiting each day.

The townhome itself spans three levels, all of them bright, with fresh coastal decor and big windows that keep the water in view from sunrise to sunset. The first floor holds two king bedrooms. The beach-side room adds a full sleeper sofa and opens onto its own private deck with a sofa and chairs, the kind of spot that turns morning coffee into a full hour. The street-side king room and a shared full bath complete the level. Up on the second floor, the open living area stretches under high ceilings, with a comfortable sofa, a full kitchen, and dining for six. A queen bedroom and second full bath sit on this level too. The third floor belongs entirely to the primary suite: king bed, ensuite full bath, a sitting area, and unobstructed beach views that make it hard to come downstairs.

Between the three decks, the outdoor dining setup, and the surf as a constant soundtrack, slow days come easily here. The expansive beach-level deck has a freshwater shower for rinsing off sandy feet and a patio table for lunches that stretch into the afternoon. A stocked beach closet holds toys, chairs, and extra gear for the sand, and guests often leave a find or two behind for the next family. Linens and beach towels are provided, the kitchen comes fully stocked, and a washer and dryer make longer stays simple.

When you want more than the beach, you barely have to try. The walk and bike path runs just across the street, and water sports and bike rentals are close by. Beachfront restaurants and a local coffee shop are within walking distance. Silver Sands Premium Outlets, with its designer stores, is less than two miles away, and Baytowne Wharf's dining, shopping, and family activities are about three miles down the road. Several state parks with trails and quiet dunes are a short drive in either direction, as are the boutiques and galleries along 30A. Grocery stores nearby make it easy to stock the kitchen and keep dinner plans simple.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
