Bring your vacation to the next level (literally) with a stay at the stunning Ariel Dunes resort in Miramar Beach. Ariel Dunes I 1604 boasts a high-level, central position in the beachfront tower. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, comfortable living and dining space, and incredible Gulf Coast views. The condo can accommodate up to six beach vacationers.

As you step into your beach condo, you’ll breathe a sigh of contentment. Here is the place you can forget your worries and stress, and simply relax while the coast wraps you in its warm embrace. The condo features an open floorplan, in which the kitchen, dining room, and living area all face sliding glass doors that open onto a Gulf-facing balcony. The balcony extends from the living room to the master bedroom, and has outdoor furniture. In the living room, a dove gray sofa and matching loveseat make up a casual seating ensemble. A leather ottoman, rug, and, wall-mounted TV complete the space. Tile flooring continues into the adjacent dining area, which includes a round, glass-topped table seated beneath a chandelier. Four woven chairs surround the dining table. Complementary woven stools are placed beside the kitchen’s granite bar. Use the bar for eating a light breakfast or serving up some tasty appetizers and drinks. In addition to the bar, the kitchen also features lightly toned cabinets, granite countertops, and white appliances.

Visitors will love the chic master suite. Not only does it have access to the beachfront balcony, it also has a king-size bed and private bath with a soaking tub and separate shower. Contemporary styled furniture and modern artwork add to the relaxed vibe. A wall-mounted TV is provided for entertainment—for when you’re not hanging out at the beach, of course! The cozy guest bedroom includes a queen-size bed, window, flatscreen TV, and colorful accent pieces. It has access to a full hall bath.

When you book a stay at this Ariel Dunes condo, you’ll also enjoy the resort’s excellent vacation services and amenities. Convenient beach access is one of the best amenities. You are, after all, on a beach vacation and will want to soak up every moment on the sugary sand as possible! Beach access is just the beginning, though. The condo complex also has multiple swimming pools, a Cabana Café with poolside food and drinks, BBQ grills and patio seating, and an onsite exercise center. Ocean Reef Resorts guests even get discounts at the adjoining Seascape, which offers championship golf courses and tennis courts. The prime Miramar Beach location also places vacationers near a plethora of coastal fun and activities. The Village of Baytowne Wharf showcases a variety of restaurants, shops, and Disney-esque experiences. Silver Sands Premium Outlets provides discount shopping on your favorite designers and brands. Besides ritzy shops, the nearby Grand Boulevard shopping center features upscale restaurants and a movie theater.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes I is typically heated for the week of Thanksgiving and again from Christmas to Easter. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.

*Parking at Ariel Dunes I and II will be affected by a scheduled seal-coating and re-striping project beginning January 5, 2026, continuing into February, weather permitting. Guests may experience temporary parking adjustments, see contractors on-site, and should follow posted signage and instructions throughout the project.
