House Rules & Important Info



The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and must stay at the condo for the entire reservation. Guests under 25 are welcome when traveling with the primary renter.

No exceptions to the primary renter age requirement will be made.



The Space:

Unit D327 is a third-floor Gulf-view condo with a private furnished balcony, open-concept living/dining area, full kitchen, corner sectional, central AC, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, and built-in bunk beds — ideal for groups. A private in-unit washer and dryer is yours to use throughout your stay. Free WiFi and cable are included. Your exclusive private cabana is located on the resort grounds and is assigned to this unit only.



Guest Access:

Access the building via the main entrance at 778 Scenic Gulf Dr. The resort has a covered parking garage, and D327 has one assigned space labeled 327, plus unmarked overflow parking around the building for a second vehicle. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor and follow signs to unit D327. Your door code will be sent prior to arrival, and your cabana key will be waiting in a labeled box on the kitchen counter. No front desk check-in is required — it's a fully self-guided process.



The Neighborhood:

Amalfi Coast Resort sits on Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach — the heart of Florida's Emerald Coast. You're just steps from the public Gulf beach, reached by a pathway through the pool area and across the street, and a short drive or walk to popular restaurants like Pompano Joe's and Surf Hut. The Silver Sands Premium Outlets are just minutes away, along with the Destin Harbor Boardwalk, dolphin cruises, and water sports rentals. Publix, CVS, and casual dining options are all within a mile or two.



Getting Around:

A personal vehicle is strongly recommended — most attractions, restaurants, and shopping require short drives along Scenic Gulf Drive or US-98. Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) is approximately 25 miles away, about a 35 to 45 minute drive depending on traffic. Uber and Lyft are available in the area. The Scenic Gulf Drive multi-use path is great for biking, and bike rentals are available nearby.

We are Family Friendly and all bookings include 1 pack 'n play upon request! Message us immediately after booking so we can schedule it to be dropped off! (Please bring your own sheets for the pack 'n play.)
