Security: For your safety, please be aware that there is a camera located on the exterior of the property in the front of the house. All renters must know this is a NON-SMOKING property including e-cigarettes and vapes. Meaning no smoking of any kind inside or outside under the carport or anywhere on the property grounds. Fees will apply if rules are broken.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received within 60 days of the check-in date will forfeit the full payment. For cancellations made more than 60 days before check-in, a processing fee may apply.
Parking: There is space for 4 vehicles. Golf carts count as a vehicle.
