Comfort and decadence align in this gorgeous two-story home in the fabulous SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORTÂź Villa Lago community. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this Villa Lago home is fantastic for families and groups of friends who love pure fun on vacation.

Speaking of pure, Villa Lago 1966 has the incredible Reme-HaloÂź air purification system installed. The Remy HaloÂź air scrubber is a beach getaway must-have. This air purifier reduces airborne and surface contaminants and kills up to 99% of viruses, bacteria, and mold, a must have for guests with allergies or breathing sensitivities.

White wood paneled walls and natural wood flooring inside of the home sweep you into beach cottage bliss. The open concept first floor features a sizable kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and a spacious counter bar for socializing. The living area opens to the private back patio outfitted with a propane grill and TV. The back patio also has a remote-controlled screen that can be opened or close for comfort. A bedroom with a queen bed and en suite bathroom is also on the first floor.

On the second floor you’ll find another living room, which includes a pullout sleeper sofa and TV for maximum relaxation. There are two guest bedrooms on the second floor. One has a queen bed and the other has three custom built twin bunk beds. The master suite has a king bed and a beautiful en suite master bath with a custom tile, walk-in shower and double vanity.

Equally fantastic as the house is everything there is to do outside of it. The house comes equipped with two golf carts—a 6-seater and a 4-seater, enabling family and friends to divide and conquer between the many to-dos such as swimming in the luxurious community pool, hanging out at The Village of Baytowne Wharf, playing water sports, dining, shopping, and playing award-winning golf at the Resort.

Great home in Sandestin, FL

Unit was very modern and clean. Had 2 golf carts to keep everyone happy near Baytowne Wharf. Our family of 5 adults and 2 young children were always on the move and had a great stay.

Great Location-Great for Families

The overall experience was great. We had several people in and out over our stay for Christmas festivities and it was near perfect. The two golf carts made it simple for everyone to park their vehicles and not have to drive during their stay. We had plenty of space and the layout of the kitchen was fabulous. We also enjoyed being able to see the golfers during the day and we had family play the course which they stated was in great condition. We will definitely be renting this place in the future.

Great Property

This was a clean great property. It was modern and roomy. Golf carts were great. We had an issue with the grill, which was addressed quickly but not resolved. However, it wasn’t a big deal. Thanks and hope to visit again sometime.

Roaches, Roaches, and more Roaches. Love the property itself.

The property is wonderful. Very spacious. Loved the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms. Conviently located. Management is wonderful. Bugs was the issue. Roaches to be exact. Walked into property to find 3 huge roaches dead on the kitchen floor. Let that go but during the week found roaches on countertops, cabinets, and crawling out from under fridge. Ok..dealt with it. But night before check out cleaned out fridge and put garbage on curb at 11:00 pm (signs say 8:00–10:00 am) but because of the huge bug issue was uncomfortable with leaving bags of left overs and other food in garbage bags at front door. Was fined $100 for taking out trash early because we were trying to help with the obvious roach issue. Just know if you have the same issue don’t put trash out early to protect property. You will be fined regardless.

Great house

Great rental house for a beach stay. Updated inside with nice bedrooms and kitchen. Golf carts are great amenity and the neighborhood pool close by.

Excellent property and a perfect location

The property was beautiful and very well kept. We enjoyed our time at the beach, the community pool and Baytowne Wharf. I'm hoping we will be able to do this again in the future. We all had a wonderful time!

Great Location and Perfect for Family of 10

We enjoyed the home. It is so clean and like new. We stayed with my family of 10 and the in room bathrooms were a plus! Close to the neighborhood pool and quick golf cart ride to the beach.
