Welcome to Gulf Winds East #51, a comfortable and spacious 2BR/2.5BA townhome located just a short stroll from the sugar-white sands of Miramar Beach. On the first floor, you’ll find an inviting living area perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The open-concept layout includes a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, a dining area, a convenient wet bar, and a half bathroom that also houses a washer and dryer for your convenience. Upstairs, the two bedrooms provide a quiet and restful retreat. The primary suite features a king bed and a newly renovated en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom includes a queen bed and access to its own renovated full bathroom as well. Each bedroom also offers access to a private balcony where you can enjoy the warm breeze.
Gulf Winds East is a low-rise complex in the heart of Miramar Beach, featuring private (gated) beach access and gazebo for its owners and guests and a community pool. You are close enough to the Gulf to hear the waves from your balcony. These lovely townhomes are just off Scenic 98 where you can enjoy a morning walk or bike ride and near numerous beach shops, Captain Dave's restaurant, coffee shops, and a short drive in either direction to Destin Commons or Silver Sands Outlets.

Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
