You will have access to the entire side of the duplex.

Please note that because this is a duplex, you may occasionally hear guests in the other unit. We do our best to suppress any noise that travels from one unit to another, but we wanted to make you aware as you make your booking decision!

Enter through the front or rear door and check yourself in with our Schlage keypad (code will be given prior to self check-in).

No smoking is allowed in the home or on the premises. A $500 fee will be applied if there is evidence of smoking during the stay.

Free street parking is readily available. If needed, feel free to park in the private parking spots in the back off the alley.

Good property that is centrally located to get around. Good accommodations. Only slight downfall is the backyard. Grass is basically all weeds, which is a hotbed for bugs and mosquitoes. You cant sut outaide and enjoy, but still the location is good.

We stayed for an extended period while we were in transition for housing and enjoy the convenience of the location, the cleanliness and coziness of the home and the opportunity to get to know a new part of town.Andrew was highly responsive, even letting us know about rules and regulations regarding snow so that our stay would be comfortable. We would definitely rent from Andrew again and encourage others to do the same.

loved this little duplex for me, my fiancĂ© and our dog. so clean and quiet although you’re in a busy area. host was very communicative. only note i had is one of the gates in the backyard didn’t seem to latch so we kept an eye on that when our dog was out. loved it!

My partner and I stayed with our dog and couldn't have been happier with our stay! After realizing there is one door on the outside and two private doors beyond that we were able to settle in nicely! The fenced backyard was really convenient to let our dog out even in the rain/sleet we were getting! We will be back as it was the perfect distance to my sister and to the surrounding parks, shopping, and food! Thank you for being a great, communicative, friendly host!

This apartment was a duplex , beautiful, very clean. Problem was the people who rented the otherside started banging on our door at 10 pm because they were confused and couldnt find the right door or code and kept hollering..open the door, open the door. Scared us to death.

I had a solo retreat at this property and it was just perfect. So peaceful and simple yet with everything you would need for a great stay. Just two blocks away from all the paths at Minnehaha Falls. Check in and out was super easy and the host was a great communicator throughout. It is a duplex and you can hear a bit near the back entry (this was said in the description), but couldn't hear anyone from the other side throughout the house and even in the bedroom (which is off the back entry). It was a lovely place to stay!

We really loved the 3 nights we stayed at this spot~ having both loved and lived in Minneapolis we are pretty picky and our stay exceeded our expectations! Very close to the falls, food, pharmacy/ grocery store, not to mention the unit was SPOTLESS! And smelled good which is rare for a rental :) thanks again!

My husband and I really enjoyed our relaxing stay at this property. It was decorated perfectly, comfortable bed and overall space. We enjoyed the proximity to Minnehaha Falls, restaurants, and a grocery store- all in walking distance. The property owner was very communicative and responsive. We enjoyed many suggestions around town by the property owner. 100% recommend.
