SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS — UP TO 6 GUESTS
Bedroom 1: Queen bed.
Bedroom 2: Twin daybed plus a pop-up twin trundle. The two twins can be configured together as a king-style sleeping setup.
Living room: Queen sleeper sofa.

PARKING
One designated rear off-street parking space is available for guests. Free nearby street parking is also available, subject to posted and seasonal restrictions. Please follow the arrival instructions for the designated space.

PETS
Up to 2 pets are welcome with approval. The pet fee is $50 per pet, per stay ($50 for one pet or $100 for two). Please disclose pets and obtain approval before arrival. Service animals are handled in accordance with applicable law.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Explore Northeast Minneapolis, with local breweries, restaurants and neighborhood favorites nearby. The flat is a convenient base for visits to downtown Minneapolis and the University of Minnesota, while offering the character of a residential neighborhood.

Check-in is 3 PM; checkout is 11 AM.

CANCELLATION POLICY — DIRECT BOOKINGS ONLY
For stays under 28 nights (Limited): full refund when canceled at least 14 days before check-in; 50% of the accommodation amount refunded when canceled at least 7 but less than 14 days before check-in; accommodation is nonrefundable when canceled less than 7 days before check-in. A full refund also applies to cancellations within 24 hours of booking if the reservation was confirmed at least 7 days before check-in.

For stays of 28 nights or more (Firm Long Term): full refund when canceled at least 30 days before check-in. After that, the guest is responsible for nights already stayed plus the following 30 nights; if fewer than 30 nights remain, the remaining nights are nonrefundable.

Under either policy, unused cleaning and pet fees are refunded when the associated stay or service has not occurred, and applicable taxes are adjusted or refunded as required. These terms apply to Direct reservations; reservations made through other booking sites follow the cancellation policy shown on that site.
