This home is best suited for families, business travelers, and respectful guests looking for a comfortable stay in a quiet residential neighborhood. Parties, events, unregistered visitors, and disruptive gatherings are strictly prohibited.

For guest safety and property protection, exterior security cameras monitor the driveway and entry points. The home also has privacy-safe noise monitoring devices that measure decibel levels only and do not record conversations.

Parking is limited to 1 vehicle in the back alley of the property. Street parking is also available at no additional cost.
