For safety, we suggest choosing well-lit areas and walking along main streets at night. While the area is quiet and safe, standard city awareness is always a good idea.

To comply with legal requirements and ensure property security, we will request copies of all guests’ government-issued photo IDs and a background check for the primary guest (the person making the booking). After booking, you’ll receive a secure link to complete the verification process, it only takes a few minutes.
By completing your reservation, you agree to the following conditions:

You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in.


You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check by the property management or the owner as a condition of booking. In the rare case that the background check failed, we reserve the right to deny entry. A full refund will be provided as long as the guest cancels on their end and the required information is submitted at least 48 hours before the check-in date.
Failure to provide the required details within 48 hours of check-in will result in no refund, as we must comply with building regulations.


You understand that your check-in instructions will be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification process.


Refusal to complete the check: If the form is not completed, or if requested IDs for additional guests are not provided, no refund will be issued, and access to the property will not be granted.


All guests are subject to verification checks and must provide the necessary information within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings must provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification criteria.

A Note on Pets & Service Animals: While we love animals, we are unable to host them at this property due to serious health and medical restrictions. We hold an approved exemption from Airbnb regarding Service and Emotional Support Animals to protect residents` health. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Reservations may be subject to cancellation under this exemption. We appreciate your cooperation.

《 NO SMOKING 》 Smoking indoors will result in a $500.00 fine. Removing smoke smell and nicotine from the walls is an extremely time intensive process.

《 PETS 》 Pets are not allowed in this building. Evidence of unregistered pets will result in a $600.00 fine charged to guests.

《 NO PARTIES》 There is a $1,000.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the unit. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.

《 TAMPERING WITH SAFETY DEVICES》 There is a smoke and noise detecting devise within the suite. For the safety of all guests and the property, tampering with or disabling smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, or noise monitoring devices is strictly prohibited. Unplugging, removing batteries, covering, or disabling any safety or monitoring device will result in an immediate fine of $250 per incident. These devices are installed in accordance with Airbnb’s safety guidelines and are in place solely to ensure guest safety and maintain neighborhood peace. If you are experiencing issues with any device (e.g., beeping, false alerts), please contact us immediately and we will assist right away.

《 NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS》 All guests must be registered for liability purposes. ➤A surcharge of $350.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Our cleaners and inventory is scheduled and prepared according to the number of guests occupying the unit.

《 SECURITY CAMERA 》 Under no circumstances is the security camera to be removed or disabled in any way that is found on the outer door frame of the unit.
