Sleeping Arrangements:
- Bedroom 1: 1 king bed with smart TV (upstairs)
- Bedroom 2: 1 full bed (upstairs)
- Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed (basement bedroom with egress window)
- 1 pack n play crib

Bathrooms:
- 2 full bathrooms (main level + basement)
- There is no bathroom upstairs; all upstairs guests will use stairs to access the bathrooms

Guest access
Guests will have access via the backdoor keyless entry smart keypad. They will be given their own unique code prior to check-in.

Other things to note
- This multi-level home requires 3 steps to enter.
- The interior stairs going up to the 2nd floor bedrooms can be considered steep and narrow, and there is no bathroom on the 2nd level.
- The garage, shed, and camper are not available for guest use
- Bedroom 3 is located in the basement and egress, in the case of fire, is through a window well
- You may occasionally see lawn care workers on-site doing yard work
- There is no fire pit
- The bathrooms are on the main level and in the basement. Again, there is not a bathroom upstairs with the full and king bedrooms.

- The houses in this neighborhood, including this home, were built in the 1920’s for Mississippi River workers and with most 100+ year old homes the stairs leading to the second level bedrooms are narrow but safe.
- Also with most older homes, you’ll notice some squeaks and creaks in the flooring.
- Bedroom 3 is located in the basement and egress, in the case of fire, is through a window well.

-Depending on the length of stay, we will either have a contractor come to the home to take the garbage and recycling bins to the curb and move them back after pick-up OR we may request that you do this (the latter would be for longer stays).

We provide starter supplies of items like paper products, toiletries, and coffee. Guests are responsible for additional supplies needed during longer stays.

For stays of 14 days or longer, we may require complimentary mid-stay cleaning to help keep the home fresh and well maintained. If needed, we’ll coordinate a convenient time with you during your stay. For the safety and efficiency of our cleaning team, guests must not be present in the home during the cleaning.
