The Home. The main floor features a bright, open living space with hardwood floors, abundant natural light and comfortable furnishings. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, a large island and everything you need to prepare meals, whether you’re staying for a weekend or several weeks. Enjoy high-speed WiFi, central heating and air conditioning, and free private driveway parking.

Both bedrooms and the bathroom are upstairs. Each bedroom has a queen bed, comfortably sleeping 4 adults. A full-size sleeper sofa on the main floor can accommodate 1 additional adult or 2 children.

The home can accommodate up to 6 guests, but the nightly rate includes 4 guests. Additional guests are $25 per person, per night and must be added to the reservation before arrival.

Pets Welcome. We’re happy to host pets! During our Fall Promotion, your first pet stays free when arranged with us before booking. A second pet is $25 per night. Pets are not permitted on beds or furniture. A $50 additional cleaning fee applies if pet hair must be removed from either. Please pick up all pet waste and dispose of it in the outdoor trash bin. Pets may not be left loose in the home while you’re away and must be safely secured in a kennel or crate.

Washer & Dryer. A washer and dryer are available for guest use in the basement. The dryer is a compact electric model, so loads are smaller and drying times are longer than with a standard dryer. IMPORTANT NOTE: The basement is unfinished accessed by an older staircase with steep and somewhat uneven steps and may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations. Like many older Minneapolis homes, the unfinished basement may also experience occasional moisture during periods of heavy rain. It is a utility area rather than finished living space and does not affect the operation of the washer and dryer.

Longer Stays. Stays of 21 nights or longer may be available, with discounted pricing for qualifying extended stays. Please contact us with your dates before booking.

Privacy & Important Booking Information. This is a private, non-shared home. Guests have exclusive use of the living areas, bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and driveway during their stay. For safety, occupancy and insurance purposes, we require the full name of each adult guest and an approximate arrival time before check-in. Only registered guests included on the reservation are permitted on the property. We have a strict no-party policy, and additional visitors require prior written approval.

All guests and pets must be disclosed and added to the reservation before check-in. Undeclared guests or pets are subject to a $50 per person/pet, per night fee.

An exterior security camera at the entrance records motion 24/7. There are no cameras inside the home. The exterior camera helps us monitor the property, verify occupancy when necessary and maintain a safe, quiet environment for our guests and neighbors.

Check-out is 10:00 AM. Late check-out must be approved in advance.
Unauthorized late departures may be charged $50 per hour, up to the cost of an additional night, and additional charges may apply if the delay interferes with scheduled cleaning.
