▶ This house is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout).

▶ Pets are not allowed.

▶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.

▶ No smoking of any substance is permitted in the unit. Evidence of any type of smoking will result in a $250 fee, and you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.

▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.

▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.

▶ Please note that moving the furniture in the house is not permitted. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty in the amount of $250.

▶ TRASH: Trash bins are located outside on the front deck. Trash is picked up every Thursday. Kindly ensure all trash bags are securely sealed and placed in the bins before collection day. The host will handle moving the bins to the pickup point.

▶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages.

▶ Our properties are professionally cleaned and treated regularly for pests. Due to the local climate, occasional insects may enter the home despite our best efforts. Please let us know if you experience any issues, and we’ll address them immediately.

Comedy of Errors Chalet

Nothing is trustworthy about this property. The property manager will attempt to blame the guest when something goes wrong. Stay at your own risk. I received a refund for the time remained after I left early ONLY because I recorded everything and insisted on keeping all communication within VRBO. The description says "stay with Irina" and if anyone knows who that is, let me know. The management company is out of FL and is horrendous, even for FL (I'm a FL Realtor). The first time I had to call them, the person I spoke with had a tiktok live going while we spoke. They're unprofessional, untrustworthy, rude and petty.The property didn't match the pictures. The thermostat is located upstairs past a locked door and controls the entire house. The yard has trees being cut up and a chainsaw serenaded me repeatedly. The deck rails are half destroyed. There were large webs around the bed, lamps, bathtub drain, TV and slider curtain. The bottom bed sheet had a 3 inch bodily fluid stain on it which I felt with my feet on the first night. The tub drain was slow to drain and the plumber arrived without permission from the property owner. The management company said that the owner lives upstairs but the plumber said that that same person upstairs didn't even know about the service call. The manager suggested that I plunge the tub every time I use it as a solution, because I'd need to pay to have the plumber come out again. Can't make this stuff up.

So much charm

This small basement apartment is the perfect place for a visit to the Twin Cities. Just a quick 10 minute drive from downtown St. Paul and 15 minutes from historic Stillwater, it's perfectly situated on a quiet street. This home is clearly a product of years of life. The decorations tell the story of the owners many adventures around the world. The bed is very comfortable and access is easy to navigate. Plenty of space to sit and relax.
