A great gathering place for multiple families or a group of friends! Located just 10 mins from downtown Minneapolis. Come enjoy a relaxing getaway with a hot tub & sauna (available year round!), 3 bathrooms, stocked coffee/tea bar, playground, numerous board games, sunny porch for your morning cup of coffee and a large outdoor patio with dining area (available May - Oct) for your whole group. We'll provide the wood and roasting sticks to enjoy the fire pit outside or curl up by the fireplaces inside. You'll love your stay here!
The main floor includes a living room, dining room, kitchen & porch. It also has a bathroom with a toilet and sink. Two exterior doors lead out to the stamped concrete patio. The patio includes dining seating for your entire group, plus a large propane grill (available May - Oct). The dining room inside can seat 10 and the kitchen table seats 4.
As an added courtesy we do not charge a cleaning fee but professionaly clean the house prior to your arrival. All linens, quilts & towels are washed after each guest's use, using unscented laundry detergent.
Upstairs on the second floor there are four bedrooms and one bathroom which includes a tub/shower. Bedroom 1: 3 Twin Beds, Bedroom 2: 1 King Bed, Bedroom 3: 2 Twin Beds, Bedroom 4: 1 Queen Bed
The lower level includes the Hidden Garden Suite, a separate rental that is available to smaller groups (1-4 guests). However, only one group at a time books the property, so included in this listing is access to that area. The Suite includes a king bed and additional living room with a queen sofa bed. As well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower. This area also includes a walkout from the basement to easily access the fenced in spa area. There you will find a hot tub that seats 7 and an outdoor sauna, both are available to be used year round. Please keep the gate closed at all times for the safety of children.
The lower level also has a family room with a sofa bed, TV, indoor playhouse, board games, books and toys available to use. There is also a laundry room available with two washers, two dryers and fragrance free detergent.
The backyard has a nice playground for kids. However the house is on a corner lot and there is not a fence around the yard. The playground is at the bottom of a hill away from the street. Perfect for big kids and great for supervised younger children. We also have two pack 'n plays with fresh sheets on site and one booster chair w/tray for our littlest visitors.
Spend time all together gathered around the custom farmhouse table or spread out throughout the house to watch a movie, play a game, read a book...the possibilities are endless!
We have parking available in the driveway for six vehicles. There is no street parking available.
