« Surely stay agai »

« Decent stay. The view was nice. The trash cans were full when we arrived. Floor had not been mopped or swept. »

« Property was just what we were looking for. Great getaway and still close to DFW. Brad was fantastic with quick communication! »

« tiny homes are new to me so I didn't know what to expect. We wanted to go someplace out of the metroplex to see the stars on a moonless night. The interior was attractive, efficient and kitchen was well stocked with the basics. Beds were comfortable. Everything was arranged so we didn't have to step around furniture. There was a fire pit outside with four chairs. The drive up the gravel road presented no problems. We saw roadrunners and jackrabbits and a lot of hawks and buzzards. ...

« We absolutely loved this property! We came up for a wedding in the area thinking we would have more time to enjoy it. So we will definitely have to come back! Charles was amazing! He checked on us frequently making sure we didnt need anything. We finally had some free time Monday morning si he took us out on his boat and gave us a tour of the lake. We so enjoyed it. I cannot wait till we can come back! »

« Beautiful property! Nice we were able to bring our dog:) Had a problem and the owners were very helpful in trying to getting the problem looked at. »

« Rooms weren’t really clean, linen was stained and the pool and hot tub haven’t been open since I first started coming in about 6 months. Tv didn’t work fridge didn’t get cold. Breakfast is never good always same thing and no option for those who don’t eat pork but still need protein in the morning besides eggs that don’t even look appealing. »

« The room (104) was musty smelling. We had to run the heater to help that, but it seems the room was wet at some point. We had this problem a few years ago on a first floor room and moved to an upper floor. You need to fix this as I plan to return to Stephenville in the next month. I may have to go to La Quinta or Hampton Inn »

« The property was ok in general. Amanda was very friendly and knowledgeable. But….i was assigned a handicap accessible room that had a bed that was awful. If you weren’t handicapped when you arrived, you would be after a night on that bed. It had a metal frame that made noise anytime you moved, and was broke in the middle. If you stood and looked at the foot of the bed, the bed and frame were in a V shape. I think handicapped folks deserve better than that. »

« Rather old but clean »

« Le lit était quand même confortable! »

« Best Hotel Ever! So unique! It is a destination in itself!! Can’t wait to return! »

« Hôtel avec des chambres confortables méritant d’etre rénové. Propreté irréprochable, petit déjeuner avec choix de sucré où salés. Wifi fonctionne parfaitement »

« very close to Tarleton State University »
