Nice spot with old pictures
This house worked well for our friends' weekend retreat. The dock has just been replaced with recycled plastic decking, so you can ignore the old reviews that said the dock was unsafe. They added some solar lights too, but I recommend bringing your own lanterns if you plan to hang there after dark. The house itself is comfortable with some nice beds and enough bathrooms. It has the common problems of rental houses, and the pictures are old. The futon in the basement has been replaced by a table and chairs. There's a sleeper sofa down there, but it's terribly uncomfortable. I recommend bringing an air mattress if you plan to put people in the basement rec room. Overall, we liked it though. My group wants to come back!

Great location, great home
Everything about the house and location made the week relaxing and fun. Being in the cove made it easy to float or take the boat out onto the water at anytime. The house came with plenty of supplies for the week which was a great added touch. I’ve stayed at several houses on the lake and so far this has been our favorite. You are next to a road so you get some road noise during the day, but it didn’t take away from the visit.

Don’t do it!
The house was dirty when we arrived. There was food crumbs on the kitchen table and floor. We had to clean it ourselves. The HVAC system doesn’t work well. It was a sauna in the basement bedroom and freezing cold in the upstairs bedrooms especially the master. We had to change the filter ourselves. Missing lightbulbs in upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. Vacasa sent someone out but only did the upstairs bathroom. There are stains everywhere on the carpet throughout house. The outside was extremely dirty. The furniture was unusable. Vacasa said they would send someone out to clean but never did!! The dock has a lot of rotten wood with a big hole. They had it covered up with a rock. There are loose boards. Very dangerous. We did enjoy the slide and diving board.

Very Clean and Great Location
The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. However, we were disappointed that we really couldn't use the outside dock and decks after dark. There is no power/electricity on at the pier and deck. No flood lights, no dock lights. The photos show a nice dock area with a tiki bar and chairs but you can't sit out there or fish after dark. That was very upsetting. If you don't have any intention of doing anything after dark, then this house is perfect. Perhaps, the owner will consider turning the power and lights on at the dock.

Great Family Vacation Spot
My family enjoyed spending a long weekend here. The location on the lake and the dock setup is great for kids and boating. The Cove is close as well. The house comfortably slept our group and the kids enjoyed the large yard. The check in & out process is one of the best/easiest that I have experienced with a rental. I definitely recommend for families.

Great home with awesome dock
This house amazing. We had 5 adults and 3 kids and we had plenty of space for all. The house had everything you need and more. It was clean and all ready when we got there. The dock was a huge hit. The kids loved the slide and diving board. We all enjoyed how spacious the dock was, we were all able to fish and enjoy the water. The location of the house is perfect. Nice and quite and close to gas and food. The only issues we had was the keypad code didnt work when we arrived but that was quickly resolved. The only other issue was that the sheets/bed set in the lower level bedroom were dirty. We just changed the sheets using the extra linen provided. All around we had a great weekend and would love to stay again!

Nice home.
The house was as listed and we enjoyed our stay. Kitchen adequately equipped. Dock was nice. One issue we had was with the TV on the lower level, kept shutting off about every 40 minutes or so.
