The Space:

Welcome to Havenrock Lodge at Atwood Lake—where historic charm meets modern comfort. This beautifully updated home blends timeless character with today’s amenities, creating a warm and inviting setting to gather, unwind, and make lasting memories at the lake. Boaters will appreciate the Atwood Lake public boat ramp and marina located just minutes away for easy access to the water and boat rentals.



The outdoor space is designed for year-round enjoyment and group gathering.

- Full bathroom on the main floor with tub/shower enclosure

- Upstairs large king bedroom with Jack-and-Jill bathroom (accessible from bedroom and hallway)

- Additional cozy queen bedroom upstairs

- Family-style room with one king bed and two twin beds



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home except the basement. Additional buildings on the property including the garage are not for guest use. We are fortunate to be surrounded by Ohio’s beautiful farmland, which includes active farming. Please respect property boundaries and neighboring land.

Located just minutes from Atwood Lake Park, this home puts you at the center of one of Ohio’s most popular outdoor destinations. Spend your days boating, fishing, kayaking, or relaxing at the public beach, with easy access to marinas and the nearby boat ramp. The park also offers scenic walking and biking trails, playgrounds, and open green space perfect for picnics and family time. Boat and kayak rentals are available just minutes away at the lake’s full-service marina.

The Dellroy Drive-In offers sandwiches and ice cream within walking distance or choose to dine on the lake at one of our two marinas.

For additional fun, families will enjoy nearby attractions like Tuscora Park, featuring classic rides, mini golf, and a pool. You’re also a short drive from Ohio Amish Country for shopping, bakeries, and local culture, as well as the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, making it easy to combine lake relaxation with memorable day trips.

Other Things to Note:

- A security system with audio monitors the outdoor spaces and barn.

- No pets allowed

- Absolutely no parties; advance permission is required for any non-registered guests and may include additional fees.

- Motorized vehicles must remain on paved surfaces only; no UTVs or dirt bikes permitted

- Additional buildings on the property are not for guest use.
