An outdoor cooking area hosts a brand-new Weber Genesis 4-burner gas grill and a Big Green Egg, perfect for afternoon coffee, movie watching, or grilling.

Adjacent to the porch is a modern Solostove Yukon fire pit, offering a smokeless fire pit experience. With added heat deflection, it provides extra comfort during colder seasons. Adirondack chairs complete the space, ideal for making s'mores and enjoying an outdoor fire with friends and family, especially appealing to children.

The basement also includes the 4th bedroom with a king bed, 32" TV, 1000-thread Egyptian cotton sheets, European goose feather pillows, a wireless phone charger, and ample storage.

The basement flows out to the lower deck, equipped with a hot tub accommodating 7 guests and a 55'' TV. This lower deck provides a scenic view of the woods and mountains, creating a perfect space to watch a movie or spend time with family and friends.

To cater to kids, a playground with a playhouse and a swing built in the trees is designed outside on the right side of the house. A deer feeder on the property offers a chance to admire deer up close by putting corn in the feeder. Note that the house is built on a hill, requiring caution when descending to the playground. Children should be supervised by an adult while playing on the playground.
