Your Blue Ridge Escape
It was always our dream to have a place in the mountains where we could slow down and spend time together. We chose this cabin for its unforgettable long-range views and its peaceful, secluded setting — and we've poured that same care into making it a place where your family can do the same.
From the main level deck, you'll wake up to panoramic mountain views in every direction, in every season. Cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen while looking out at the ridgeline, gather around the gas fireplace on cool evenings, or head down to the lower-level game room for some friendly competition on the pool table, ping pong, or arcade games.
When it's time to unwind, soak in the private hot tub under the stars, swing in the hammock, or roast marshmallows at the fire pit.
Hike, fish, raft, or explore the shops and restaurants of downtown Blue Ridge by day, then return to your own private mountain retreat each evening.

Good to Know
Pet-friendly: We happily welcome one (1) well-behaved dog, 35 lbs or under and at least 2 years old, for an additional pet fee. Dogs must be taken outside for bathroom breaks and cannot be left alone in the cabin unless crated. Please note that we do not have a yard, and because the road is steep, it drops sharply on one side and rises sharply on the other. Unfortunately, there isn't adequate space for larger or multiple dogs to go to the bathroom or have room to run and play.
Family-friendly: Children of all ages are welcome. A Pack 'n Play, toddler cot, high chair, and kids' dishes/utensils are available on request — just note it when you book. We don't provide baby gates, cabinet latches, or outlet covers, so please bring those if needed.
Security: For security and liability purposes the exterior of the cabin is monitored by 8 cameras. There are no cameras inside the cabin. Guests may not attempt to move or cover cameras. Doing so will trigger a tamper alert and may result in the cancellation of your stay.
No events or parties. Registered maximum occupancy is 8 guests, ages 2 and up (infants don't count toward the limit).
No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the cabin.
Getting here: The final quarter-mile of the driveway is steep and unpaved. Standard vehicles handle it fine in normal conditions, but low-clearance cars aren't recommended, especially after heavy rain.
We hope Waymaker Blue Ridge becomes part of your family's favorite mountain memories, just like it has for ours!
