SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Upper Level: King Suite with flat-screen TV and spa-style bath (double vanity, stand-alone shower, garden tub, private toilet room). Large private covered patio with mountain views. Also on this level: Queen bedroom + Bunk Room (twin over full) sharing a Jack-and-Jill bath (tub/shower combo).

Main Level: Open-concept Kitchen, Dining Room, and Living Room with fireplace + large-screen TV. Covered rocking-chair porch and outdoor deck with fireplace for dining, grilling, or simply enjoying the view.

Lower Level: 4 Queen Suites, each with en-suite bath (tub/shower) + flat-screen TV—perfect for privacy. Game Room with shuffleboard, foosball, arcade, card table, and large-screen TV. Walk-out access to deck with fire table, hot tub, putting green, and fire pit.

ESSENTIALS & SUPPLIES PROVIDED

We stock the cabin with starter essentials: 14 rolls of toilet paper, 2 rolls of paper towels, trash bags, new kitchen sponge, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and hand soap at every sink.

Pantry basics: sugar, sea salt, pepper grinder, and spice rack. Outdoor supplies: propane for the Weber grill + firewood for the fire pit. Bath amenities: hotel-size shampoo, conditioner, oatmeal soap, and hair dryers in every bathroom.

Southern Ridge Manor puts you close to it all: golfing, boating, biking, whitewater rafting, zip lining, tubing, trout fishing, kayaking, horseback riding—even tank driving and car-crushing! Or explore boutique and antique shopping, scenic train rides, wineries, breweries, cocktail bars, U-Pick farms, and incredible restaurants.

PRICING DETAILS

• Nightly rate covers 1–8 guests; $20 per night for each additional guest (max 14). Quotes will be calculated based on the number of guests entered.
• Cleaning fee directly supports our 3-step process: post-checkout clean, pre-checkin staging, and a 2-hour quality control inspection before arrival.
• $1,000 refundable security deposit held via card on file, in addition to Accidental Damage Protection coverage.
• Dog fee $300 for maximum of 2 dogs


HEATED POOL & HOT TUB
• Hot tub heated year-round.
• Pool season: April 1 – Sept 30, maintained at 80°. Optional upgrade to 85° with fuel cost (based on temps & propane rates).
• Off-season pool heating (Oct–Mar) available if temps stay above 35°. Requires advance request; costs apply. Contact us for an estimate.
• Note: If temps fall below 35°, pool heating may not be possible.
• Dogs not permitted in pool

DOG POLICY

Drift Away Cabin Rentals, LLC – Southern Ridge Manor is dog-friendly and welcomes up to two (2) well-trained, fully house-trained dogs that are accustomed to eliminating outdoors, with prior approval and payment of the applicable $300 pet fee (covers up to two dogs). No other animals are permitted. Dogs must be housebroken, clean, and free of fleas, ticks, or excessive shedding. Guests agree to keep pets off all furniture and bedding, promptly clean up all pet waste, and never leave dogs unattended inside the home or on decks unless safely crated (guests must provide their own crate if needed). Any damage, excessive cleaning, or evidence of unapproved pets will result in additional charges to the guest’s account and/or deduction from the Damage Deposit. Guests assume full responsibility for all liability, noise, or disturbances caused by their pets during the stay.

PROPERTY HEALTH & SAFETY

• Smoke & CO detectors, fire blankets, extinguishers; some homes include fire suppression system, gas leak & water leak detection/prevention.
• Monthly pest prevention service (though insects are part of the wildlife in a mountain environment)
• Outdoor security cameras (entrances, parking, perimeter only; no interior cameras).
• IMPORTANT: Animal-free zone due to severe allergies.
• County ordinances: No amplified outdoor music, quiet hours after 10 pm, no fireworks/firearms (deposit forfeited if violated).

The rental cabin is not childproof, and extreme care must be exercised with children in rental cabins, especially around, but not limited to, electrical outlets, fire pits & fire tables, fireplaces, swimming pools, hot tubs, saunas, decks, loft railings, etc. Any outdoor exploration on the property will be done at the Guests and party's own risk.
