« Loved every minute of our stay in the Grand Tiki Room. Enough cannot be said about the excellent staff, beautiful view, and peaceful serenity. Two suggestions: Please replace that plant in the corner of the room with a functional chest of drawers - we had no place to put our things so pretty much lived out of the suitcase. Also, some hair conditioner in the bathroom would be nice »

« I was assigned a room on the 3rd floor with no elevator. My husband is just recovering from 2 surgeries and room has no private bathroom when it was disclosed rooms have private bath. Aircon is not working well— not conducive to the kind of current weather. I ended up leaving the hotel to transfer to a better one with much better conditions. »

« The hotel is run down, beat up. Bathroom had water all over the floor from leaking sink. Wifi could only be used in the lobby. No enough toiletries provided. Tv broken.
Don’t stay even if it’s the last hotel.
