Additional features include central air, large windows that let the sun in, USB charging ports, and blackout curtains in the bedrooms.

THE SPACE
Primary Bedroom: Queen-size bed.
Second Bedroom: Comfortable double bed.
Flooring: Hardwood or tile throughout the entire flat.
Parking: One dedicated space for a small-to-medium car in the garage.

I want you to feel completely at home here. Fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a blow dryer are all provided. This cozy home is perfect for traveling professionals, medical contracts, and short stays alike.

THE OUTDOORS & STRICT PET POLICY
Up the street, you will find the Hank Aaron Trail (a 14-mile paved trail for walking, running, and biking). The property also features a private, fully fenced-in backyard shared with the upper unit.

NOTE: We warmly welcome well-behaved dogs, but due to the compact size of our furnished flat (under 800 sq ft), we strictly enforce a maximum weight limit of 50 lbs and do not accept heavy or double-coated shedding breeds. Dogs must be pre-approved, crated when left unattended, and kept completely off all furniture.

HOUSE RULES & QUIET HOURS
Because our home is often a destination for traveling professionals working at nearby hospitals and businesses, we strictly enforce the following:

Quiet Hours: Set from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Guests must keep noise levels low (no loud talking, music, or disruptive activities).

No Parties: Social gatherings or parties of any kind are strictly forbidden.
