NOTE: Guests staying 30+ days must have a cleaning service every 30 days. After the first cleaning, a $90 fee will apply for each additional cleaning. This is mandatory to maintain the cleanliness of the property. Please let us know if you have any special requests regarding the cleaning schedule.

To ensure a smooth and secure stay for everyone, we simply ask for a photo IDs, a minor security deposit (temporarily held, not charged!), and a rental agreement to be signed after you finalize your booking

Guest Access:
The apartment is exclusively yours during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment as well as a designated underground parking spot for 1 vehicle (no big trucks, midsize SUV is fine) at no charge. Access to an outdoor spot for a larger vehicle may be available on a first come first serve basis for $15/night. You can also call the Wauwatosa Police department to request free overnight street parking.
