Perfect Escape

  • Time to relax, reconnect and explore. Come home to enjoy a family getaway, a peaceful retreat or a group gathering. This cabin offers privacy, comfort and relaxation. Enjoy our open floor plan on the main level - 1 bedroom, full kitchen, full bath and washer/dryer. Third floor has 1 bedroom, full bathroom and a loft with 3 queen beds. Enjoy a game of pool or darts in the basement which also includes 1 bedroom, a half bath and a 65" TV with a bar and kitchenette.
    Relax in the massage chair on the main floor, the hot tub on the back deck or enjoy a peaceful walk on the trails of 84 acres. Enjoy our propane fire pit on the patio (propane not included), or throw some wood on the fire located across the pond. We are located 1 mile from Reeds Gap State Park, approximately 10 minutes to Rt.322 and 29 miles to Beaver Stadium, State College. We are close to many local wedding venues, wineries, restaurants and attractions, but still tucked away enough to enjoy your own privacy. Sleeps 12 comfortably.

It was a perfect stay! We had a wonderful time playing games outside on the porch, and just enjoying nature. The kitchen and living room were beautiful. Everything about the home is comfortable and accommodating. Great hiking trails! Very dog friendly.

The house was amazing. The kids absolutely loved the basement set up. We did have an issue with the hot tub, but Dustin was quick to respond and get it taken care of.

I had picked this place out for my brother's bachelor trip and it did not disappoint! Our group had a very nice and relaxing time during our stay here. Great living spaces and has everything we could have ever wanted for the weekend! Some of us hope to come back here at some point.

It was absolutely perfect! I only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the beauty of the soundings. The host was amazing with all my questions and communication. The house was so clean and felt very welcome from the moment we walked in the front door!I would recommend this house to everyone!!!

A beautiful property in a serene and quiet area. We stayed there for our son’s PSU graduation weekend, and all 8 of us thought it was fantastic. Very little traffic to State College. Highly recommend!

This place was gorgeous! Well stocked, basement was great, hot tub was wonderful. Enjoyed the massage chair after long days. Worth every penny for the house both inside and out.

This is an absolutely amazing rental! Amazing place, views and location! The host was excellent at communication and details! The house is extremely comfortable and very well stocked! We saw allot of wildlife and were very comfortable on the porch! The beds are comfortable as well and the bathrooms are modern with some touches of older wood touches. Even a towel warmer! Lots of towels and sheets! We did not need anything! The hot tub was on the covered porch and has amazing views! We enjoyed it allot! Walmart will also make deliveries so that is a win! We highly recommend this listing! Just amazing!

The home is beautiful and spacious. The outside property is amazing. The dogs loved it as did the humans. My only recommendation is putting blinds on the upstairs bathroom and bedroom windows for privacy.

Great property for a getaway. Well appointed and maintained. Beds for everyone. Kitchen had everything we needed for big meals. Sound system was amazing. Tons of fun hot tubbing and playing pool. Owners were quick to respond to questions. Definitely hope to stay here again when visiting our Penn Stater.

Dustin's perfect escape truly lives up to it's name. A breathtaking mountain view, with plenty of amenities to keep the good times rolling. Whether spending time in the basement playing games, sitting in the hot tub looking out at the mountains, or just relaxing by the fireplace, you'll never want to leave. 10/10 would rent again!

This is our second time back and it is absolutely perfect for our "moms only" weekend. One of our group was upset about the hot tub not being up to par, but honestly, it was no biggie to the rest of us. This place is always clean and has plenty of room to hang all together, or find a quiet spot if you need one. The outside deck is huge and the landscaped creek is beautiful. I am sure we will be back again!
