THE SPACE
- Living room: open main floor with a 65-inch 4K smart TV, comfortable seating and room for everyone after dinner.
- Kitchen and dining: full kitchen with oversized island, quartz counters, stainless appliances, dishwasher and a walk-in pantry. Cookware, bakeware, dishes, glassware and serving pieces for the whole group. Nespresso coffee bar. Extension dining table seats 8 to 10.
- Primary Suite: king bed, walk-in closet, private bath with double vanity and large walk-in shower.
- Second King Suite: king bed in the room beside the primary, ideal for a second couple or grandparents.

Three seasonal pools (10 AM to 8 PM), fitness center, Lifestyle Center clubhouse, six pickleball courts, kayak launch and dock, the Crab Shack pavilion, walking trails and ponds, and the free summer beach shuttle to Bethany.

GOOD TO KNOW
- Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM.
- Sleeps 8; absolute maximum 10 guests with the extra-guest fee. No parties or events. No smoking or vaping. Quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM.
- The community asks every group to sign its short Rules and Regulations before arrival. Wristbands are required at the pools, gym and shuttle and stay in the home at checkout.
- Booking requires identity verification, a signed rental agreement and a refundable card hold for incidentals.
- Exterior entry camera and a noise monitor are in use. There are no indoor cameras.

The Saltmeadow House sits in Belle Shoal village inside Millville by the Sea, a resort community with sidewalks, walking trails, ponds, about four miles (roughly 10 minutes) from Bethany Beach and its boardwalk. Guests get wristband access to three seasonal community pools, a fitness center, the Lifestyle Center clubhouse, six pickleball courts, a kayak launch and dock, and a free beach shuttle to Bethany (Thursday to Monday, Memorial Day through Labor Day). A car is the easiest way to get around. The home has an attached garage plus driveway parking for up to three vehicles, with an EV charger in the garage. Please park only in the garage and driveway, never on grass or sidewalks. In summer (Memorial Day to Labor Day, Thursday through Monday, 10 am to 10 pm) the community runs a free wristband beach shuttle to Bethany Beach so you can skip beach parking. The community itself is walkable and bike-friendly with sidewalks, trails. Bethany Beach, Ocean View and Fenwick are 10 to 15 minutes by car; Ocean City, MD and Rehoboth Beach are about 30 minutes. Most guests drive in from DC, Northern Virginia, Maryland, Philadelphia and New Jersey (roughly 2.5 to 3.5 hours).
