« We enjoyed our stay! Very happy about the short distance to Bethany Beach and easy access to grocery store. Host was very helpful and let us know about the renovation before we got there. We weren't able to use the garage to park one of the cars due to the renovation but neighbor was very nice an let us park a car in their extra spot. I would stay there again in the future. »

« The house by Jim was great! It is newly renovated, the appliances are new, and the property is very clean and well maintained. The location is excellent! it is near Rehoboth and Dewey so you can get sun and relaxing beach time during the day and an energetic bar scene at night. « Our group consisted of 4 moms and 7 kids age 4-17. Everyone had a blast! We especially loved the open living room space and outside porch area. It was a short walk to the beach/boardwalk. »

« Overall - very nice- comfy beds- easy layout and great location. We are building in PH- and have stayed in several homes there- as we watch our dream come to fruition.
