We are excited to present our 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom ranch-style home that has everything you need!

The primary bedroom has a spacious design and a king-sized bed, while the other two bedrooms are equipped with queen beds. All of the bedrooms have locally-made mattresses. There is also a pack-and-play available for young children.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary appliances, including a full-size refrigerator, range, and dishwasher. You can sit down to a meal at the oak dining table, which seats six people.

Outside, you will find a vinyl pergola-covered patio with a six-person outdoor dining set and a gas grill. There is also a 4-person hot tub located under the pergola, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Holmes County.

The guesthouse offers fast Wi-Fi (300mbps+) and a 50-inch, 4K Roku TV with an electric fireplace in the living room.

For your convenience, we have installed a Schlage smart keypad lock that is programmed to the last four digits of your phone number. The access codes are deleted after each guest's stay.

At our properties, we offer self-check-in for the convenience of our guests.
