« Everything was clean and the staff were great. We did have an issue with the lock sticking on our door so we couldn't close the door. But otherwise everything was great. It's in a quieter location a little outside of Boone. »

« Friendly staff. We needed maintenance at 10pm for the AC and the young man who came was amazing! He even came back to make sure everything was okay. The breakfast bar closes down at 9:30 which is a little early but good selection. My only complaint was about housekeeping. The room was very clean but the shampoo bottle and hand soap were empty. « Notre chambre n’était pas prête à notre arrivée. Nous devions avoir une chambre au 2e étage mais avons du se contenter d’une chambre au 1er sinon nous aurions attendus. Par contre, la chambre obtenue était très propre et confortable. Les chambres côté rue sont très bruyantes à cause du traffic. Somme toute pour 1 nuit l’hôtel est bien correct »
