« We had a great time staying at the Asylum house. I will not lie it was a bit scary driving up. Once there it was a blast. Walking around the old Hospital grounds. We think we got some voice box recordings. Did hear some screams, well we think we did. Saw the old Prison creepy for sure. Must go to the old cemetery. Could have used more towels, but that would be the only down side. So if your looking for a place that has a past, this is the place. Its a must see for sure. Thanks. John. »

« We all loved this place. The house, the back yard and the location were beautiful! The hosts had everything you could possibly need or want. Great communication with hosts. And even a few surprises. The kayaks and floating dock were a big hit! Our dogs had fun too, despite the rain. We all agreed that we want to live there. Thanks for a great experience! »

« Great place!! Just what we were looking for!! My family and I could not have been happier!! The owners were great and literally thought of everything! Just like mentioned before it’s a little drive if you need food/fishing bait etc., overall our kids had a great ending to their summer!! Thanks Guys!! See you next time! »

« The entire experience once booked was extremely positive. The house is well maintained with lots of character, open concept, and in a great location. The owner has provided plenty of information to ensure that you don't need to hunt around and all tastefully done. There were multiple check-ins before, once your stay has started, and after the stay ends. Highly recommend giving this property a stay. »

« Our family stayed here for a law school graduation. This property is a great remodel that’s perfect for entertaining. It’s only been a couple days but we haven’t heard anything about our refund for the damage deposit. »

« Quick family trip to get away for a few days. The house was perfect for our family. Very clean and has a great view of the lake. It’s on a great part of the lake. Close to many things but between two bridges so not many boats are coming through. House was amazing. »
