This is just one of many spectacular views from a walk entitled "Pas Du Loup". We started at Capluc, a cross on a peak above Le Rozier and did the entire circuit. It's still comfortably in my top ten all time great walks. If you suffer acrophobia it's one to be avoided. The area is also something of a mecca for rock climbers. The whole Goreg du Tarn is a special place for me because the tourist buses don't go there and it's reputedly the deepest gorge in Europe.
From a balcony in Peyre this is the world's tallest bridge at the pont at Millau. If ever you're in the area, try to take a drive beneath it, the majesty is so omnipresent when you gaze at it overhead.
Just had to visit this bridge. Worth the journey
