The neighborhood felt very safe and is in a convenient location. The property was very clean. We had 1 minor issue with the bathroom and it was handled promptly. « I don’t have enough nice things to say about this gorgeous sanctuary or the property owner. The property itself is breathtaking. Nestled amongst redwood trees in the mountains. You have ample access to tons of hiking trails and all that Marin has to offer. The hostess was second to none, she made me feel like family. When an issue arose, she responded almost instantaneously and not only had a solution, but also offered suggestions for nearby hiking trails, coffee, houses, and delicious food...

« We arrived to a property that was littered in trash (see picture for reference) and without power. When we called the host to discuss or check-in issues, we were told we could vacate the property or remain and receive a 50% discount. We opted to leave but the host still refused to refund the 250 cleaning fee even though we left within 15 mins upon arrival. Terrible service and a terrible experience. Find somewhere else to stay. »

« Everything was perfect! And we had a full moon so got to see the ocean into the night! The disappearing sliding doors made us feel like we were outside all of the time and the weather was perfect and the waves were perfect rollers for the surfers in the group! Bedding and bed comfort in rentals is really important to me and on our last day I was looking for tags so that I could buy them for my own home ;) it was a magical spot for the family gathering and my moms 85th birthday! »
