Magnolia Lodge is ready for a weekend or special event with 3 bedrooms, 2 king beds, 2 king singles and 2 bathrooms. A large outdoor area is waiting with deck and bbq ready for those lovely evenings outside. Within walking distance to the riverfront with cafes, playgrounds and powerhouse precinct waiting for you to explore.

The space
We have available 2 bedrooms with King beds and a 3rd bedroom with 2 king singles. There are floorboards throughout, with air-conditioning and heater.

There is a generous main bathroom with toilet, shower and bath and a second smaller bathroom located off the laundry with shower and toilet.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, gas cooktop, microwave, large fridge, cutlery, plates, glasses etc as well as a coffee pod machine.

Our lounge room is spacious and a dinning room opposite the kitchen.

We have an undercover outdoor deck with table and chairs and BBQ available for your use. There is a large area of lawn that your children or furry friends can play in which is completely enclosed and a lockable gate if you wish to drive your cars behind the fence for security. There is also space to park in the driveway and on the street.

All areas of the property are at the guests disposal other than 2 locked cupboards for cleaning purposes.
