ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. After endless months of inaction from the hotel management and chasing my rightly due, I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE. I stayed at Le Meridien-Bodrum back in September 2020 and had reserved/fully paid for my booking through Expedia, only to be wrongly charged the full amount of my stay AGAIN upon check-in by their front desk clerk. Their hotel manager at the time apologized for the mistake and promised to personally look into the refund process as I checked out, but I never got any response or updates from him thereafter - let alone his rude tone on calls whenever I tried following up, given his total lack of response to emails. He assured me that the refund process had been initiated by their Finance team, while asking me "to relax." In over 9 months, I NEVER received my refund - so needless to say this was a lie. I spoke again to their new manager back in April 2021, but no information or updates were ever communicated by their team. I never expected to face such a scam by an establishment of their rank, have all my enquiries ignored and be spoken to so poorly - especially when they admitted their mistake in person and by email !!!
